I'm still thrilled!! I just booked a massage. And it was really perfect. Very clean, great rooms and a real professional in the massage area. I can only recommend. I have already booked several appointments, including a couples massage!!!!!

The bad rating is absolutely not justified (and the many good ones at Treatwell speak for themselves). It is stated that the price for the couples massage is per person and anything else would be unrealistic. In any case, we felt we were in good hands with Erica and Lucas. I booked a massage here and it was an experience. The rooms are very well maintained, the massage and the advice were very professional. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. My complaints were addressed specifically, I noticed straight away that a professional was at work here. Thank you very much, I'm feeling much better. It's also very practical for me that the massage studio is in Marienburg and you don't always have to drive into town.

Unprofessional and bad massage, including a money rip-off. Couples massage with only one masseuse who didn't really have any knowledge of the subject and in the end we were allowed to pay double the agreed price. Hands off!!! Not recommendable.

The massage with Luca and Ana(?) was simply a dream and you can tell that they are both really professional. The two of them are very nice and tried very hard, we didn't miss anything and it was really wonderfully warm and relaxing. The atmosphere was very harmonious, the champagne and the chocolate at the end were also relaxing and we really appreciated it. Of course we'll be back.

From booking to the end of the massage everything was perfect! Erica and Lucas are both very friendly and they take a lot of time. Upon arrival we were provided with champagne and were allowed to prepare and shower in a relaxed manner. At the beginning, Erica found out about existing complaints. We were allowed to choose one of the oils and simply enjoyed an hour massage. It was our first Ayurvedic massage and definitely not the last. We will definitely come again!

I spontaneously booked a couples massage online on Valentine's Day. I was called immediately afterwards and informed about the price and further steps. At the appointment we were warmly welcomed, informed about everything (changing rooms, bathrobes, showers, etc.) and asked about specific injuries or massage requests. When we were taken to the changing room/shower there was a nice surprise in the form of 2 small bottles of champagne with the words "Today is Valentine's Day, enjoy it". The massage itself was wonderful, calm and super relaxing! We will definitely be back and can only recommend the Royal Relax massage studio!
