Dropped in with my daughter who wanted to purchase a specific product. After picking up the product from an unstaffed display, waited around 5 minutes near the checkout, there was no defined queue. Only one person on the pay counter who was dealing with a query from a customer and despite several other staff roaming the store none of the customers, including us, quite knew whether we were going to be served or not. In the end we dropped the item that my daughter was intending to purchase back on the display and left. My daughter purchased the item later from Sephora online. In conclusion, great selection, attractive environment, but since it's time consuming and confusing to complete the purchase I would recommend purchasing online.

Wanted to pick up smth from an online order, but got unfriendly rejected. Asked a second person from the store, she told me they have it and I can pick it up, she was friendly. So first person shouldn't work here.

A lot of cosmetics and care products, but very few sellers in the room. There are many buyers, so if you need a consultation or help you can wait up to 15 minutes!
