Back then, I was happy to have found a doctor who took her time, had an extremely high level of professional expertise, was empathetic and always brought me down to earth with my hypochondriacal musings. At the same time, I found a guide who saved me one or two unnecessary visits to a specialist. To this day nothing has changed. Miss Dr. Gantke is always up to date with the latest medical developments and can cover many topics. However, she is not afraid to ask a colleague for help if necessary. Your network of colleagues (most of whom have a similar mentality) is great. In urgent cases you can always get an appointment at short notice and in emergencies you can also reach her outside of office hours. In addition, there is careful appointment and practice management. There are almost no waiting times at all. The long-standing employees Ms. Krickhaus and Ms. Yunis fit perfectly into the practice with their friendly nature. Well, enough praise! I am impressed by Dr. med. Klaus Göbels and Dr. med. Ikuya Shinoda. Both take their time and create a holistic context, which is rather unusual for practicing doctors today due to various challenges. I personally (unfortunately) have a lot of experience with consulting doctors and can say with certainty that this practice is well above average. I am very happy to be a patient here.
