While looking for a Thai or Vietnamese restaurant/snack bar, I came across this "hidden pearl" via Google maps. I could not have imagined that such an insider tip of Thai cuisine would be hidden in Hürth-Kendenich. Inconspicuous from the outside. Simple on the inside, but still with the necessary expression to recognize that you are in Thailand. A small but fine menu. At first I thought, given the price of the soups, that they must be something very special. That's true and the size of the soups is almost like a full meal. I was able to try the Tom Kha Gai. The freshness of the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and Thai herbs were a successful start to Thai cuisine and in particular to the culinary art of this restaurant. The main courses were panaeng with prawns and pad phed with tofu. Pad Phed was a revelation of Thai cuisine for me. Until now, I haven't had the pleasure of trying so many different types of Thai eggplant in one dish, plus fresh pepper. It is what it is: a taste experience. Dad price-performance ratio is more than consistent. I recommend everyone to try this place and enjoy the authenticity of Thai cuisine.

We tried this relatively new snack bar (approx. 1 year old) in Hürth Kendenich and were completely thrilled. The food is restaurant quality and the service is very nice and courteous. The small snack bar/restaurant offers enough space to enjoy a fantastic meal in peace and quiet. Even take away doesn't affect the quality. We become regular customers.

I had dinner here recently. Despite being a weekday, the restaurant was busy. The service was friendly and quick. My red Thai curry tasted very good and the portion was large. The price of the food and drink was also very reasonable. Card payment is possible. Consequently, the Pad Thai snack is highly recommended.

Conclusion: “Authentic enjoyment at fair prices” I've lived in different big cities and this Thai takeaway is one of my favorites so far. The only small drawback is the occasional card payment, so I recommend always having cash with you for security reasons - especially for the younger generation. Nevertheless, the cuisine impresses with its authentic taste and high quality. With a dozen visits to Thailand, I think I have a good comparison. In addition, the food here is very inexpensive. Although it's a takeaway, you can have a casual meal there as long as you don't have the expectations of a formal restaurant. Many people misunderstand this and may then be disappointed because of their false expectations, but the name already indicates that it is a snack bar and not a restaurant. The service is organized in a very friendly manner; If you call, you can usually pick up the food in 15 to 20 minutes. I've pre-ordered many times and haven't had any problems so far - the food has always been ready for pickup on time. I can fully recommend this snack bar and in my opinion there is nothing better in the area. As a Brühler, I actually prefer this snack bar to the one in the city center, even though the latter delivers. A few minutes' drive is worth it for the first-class quality at fair prices.

I was visiting the area today and discovered this Thai takeaway online. If you think of a snack bar as greasy warmed-up food in an uncomfortable atmosphere and with grumpy service staff, you are absolutely wrong here! The rooms are nicely decorated, I was greeted very friendly, the food was ready quickly and - most importantly - it tasted delicious. I ordered a glass noodle salad that had just the right amount of spiciness. There were lots of fresh vegetables in all dishes and the prices are absolutely fair for the portion sizes. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back!
