The studio is very clean and I was always picked up on time. Never had to wait before. I had 7 laser treatments and unfortunately didn't get good results. Instead, I got more stubborn hair in many places. I was aware from the start that the device might not work for me. That's not a bad thing at all, because no one can guarantee that the device will work 100% for everyone and I've often discussed that there. But my criticism goes to dear Aylin. The people who are treated by her will understand what I mean. She really talks in all sessions about how good her device is and that the device works for everyone and it can't be that girls don't see results. When I asked her that I had somehow gotten more hair in some places, she accused me of having a hormonal disorder because her device was so perfect. She immediately took it as an attack, although I was just her professional opinion on the matter. wanted to have. I told her that I had already been tested by my doctor and that my hormone levels were fine. She simply said that then my doctor had no idea because her device definitely works for everyone. So I shouldn't believe a doctor who studied medicine for 7 years and has worked as a doctor for half his life that his tests are correct? So this accusation just showed me that she is completely incapable of criticism and is not competent enough. If she had been capable of criticism, she could have said that I might try a different laser device because her device doesn't work for me. Instead, she took everything as an attack, even though that wasn't my intention at all. Often the sound makes the music and with her non-critical nature, even though she is actually a likeable person, she unfortunately lost 3 customers along with me. PS: I know she will never accept this criticism either.

I am super satisfied with the treatment with lovely Aylin! After the competent advice, I was happy that I could start the treatment. I was thrilled after the first treatment. I had my fourth session today and can already see great results. My hair no longer grows back in many places and that's a great feeling.
