Very rude on the phone

The first two appointments were great, on the 3rd one I noticed that I had almost forgotten an important vaccination, so I had to come back specifically for that, and on the 4th appointment there was no one there (despite the long wait) and no one could be reached by phone .

Always very friendly advice and vaccinations.

Very impolite .

I was charged €10.72 for calling to ask if I could bring my own vaccine. This is absolute usury and a bottomless impudence. Next time I'll stick the syringe in myself.

Nice doctor and staff, never had to wait long - great!
