Good location. Rooms are big and tidy. Big plus for dog friendly option. I can recommend this hotel for any dog owner.

The family room is child friendly with a microwave, fridge and big space for kids to play. Very clean place the personnel are friendly en helpful. It is opposite the bus station near the trading centre and 10 minutes with car to the Westfield centrum

Good hotel about 1 km away from main train station. The rooms are large and spacious. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is large and modern. As to the beds, these are a bit too soft to my taste, but nevertheless i slept well.

Not fancy, cheap hotel. Furniture and carpeting looks and feels outdated and cheap, shower and faucet weren’t working properly. Bed was comfortable though and the room was pretty quiet. There’s a reserved parking. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t review that. Overall not recommended.

Located not far (5.5km) from Westfield Centro Mall. Triple sharing room was reasonably priced, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable except the pillows were too soft. Breakfast was good and choices were adequate. We had dinner there as well which was very tasty except for the dessert which was a disappointment. All in all, good value for money.

Beautiful place..rooms large .. bathroom beautiful and the shower was amazing Only downfall was it very warm so windows open we were looking onto carpark and kitchen area so was a little bit noisy at certain times of day

Great experience in this hotel. This time I went with my family for a weekend, but it wasn't the first time. Never disappointed. Affordable lunch (free for young children). Rooms look a bit old though.

Overall good experience. The hotel rooms are renovated and really modernized. The location is very good and very nearby the shopping centre (13 min. drive). The hotel staff is mostly extremely friendly and hospitable. Especially the lady that recieved us at night. The staff even provided me with the best possible room without charge because we were coming with little kids. During breakfast the staff was also very quick to help us to a table. Although when checking out there was a woman who seemed very grumpy and was kind of curt in her responses. Also I reserved a parking spot but all spots were taken and the cars are extremely crammed together. Eventually had to pay for parking outside the hotel premises. They almost wanted to make me pay for the reserved spot but eventually understood that I wouldn't pay for something I wasn't even able to make use of.

The hotelroom was completely flawless with a soft and good smelling bed and some sweet little details like a Apple on the desk . The restaurant was also very nice with tasty food and good prices, while the hotel itself has quite a central position in the city. All in all can I say, that I would sleep there again for sure.

Terrible at costumer service, if you want to stay at a place where they care for costumers, then definitely dont go here!!

A good hotel with its own parking lot, friendly people and clean rooms.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted, absolutely Amazing hotel, absolutely amazing cleaning crew, they knocked on the door, asked if they could come in and they wasted no time, within 5 minutes they put on and fixed new bedsheets, fixed the blankets, fixed the pillows and they replaced all our new towels, They even did OUR Dishes!!! They scrubbed the kitchen top, fixed and cleaned the shower. I am Speechless to how this hotel is only 3 stars, did I tell you they have 6 washing machines and a game room with about 60 puzzles and game boards, 12 Teddy bears, a pool table and a ping pong table all underground!!! I rate this hotel a 10 out of 5, I haven't seen this good service in 6 years!! Amazing hotel!

I have been riped off , we booked for one night during the trip to Poland. I have paid for underground carpark but have been overed to park my car on the street. We also paid for fruit basket in the room but no signs of any fruits in room so we finish with wasted euros for nothing. Hotel is located in good location and breakfast is ok.

We have used this hotel multiple times whilst attending exhibitions in Duesseldorf. The drive to the exhibition is ok and the pricing just doesn't compare during busy times. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and have accommodated us with last minute changes without any problems. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and the in-house restaurant is well worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and clean and the renovated ones very nice.

We have stayed many times at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, we are always welcomed with a smile. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and affordable. A terrific breakfast is included. It's convenient to shop at Centro and to visit Movie Park. We plan on visiting many more times.

Very nice place, the rooms were very functional for families, good and cheap breakfast, we will probably go back! Good location! Swimming pool across the street is very modern.
