Unfortunately, the shoe making department is no longer good. Since Mr. Tsang is no longer in the workshop. Mr. Brand is unfriendly and does not respond to customer requests. Want to sell you something quickly. No shame in catering to the visually impaired. Says things that are not true. Doesn't answer for months. Although the recipe was approved for a long time. For orthopedic shoes, you are more likely to look for another workshop. As a customer you are just annoyed here. The recipe for the shoes is from November 3rd, 2022. What a disgrace. If you don't have any samples or templates for a visually impaired person. Every other store shows you catalogs. Especially if the customer can see weing. And don't come to the customer with a small tablet. Others can do it too. Especially if the customer said so. This store is on mass, but not on class. The first shoes were not made for the sick. The zipper was in the wrong place. To just put it on. Inserts were not made as the doctor requested. The last should be made from a plaster cast. . But Winkler did not consider it necessary. The shoe was not removed by the doctor. Should be changed. It didn't fit any better even after two changes. Then I spoke to a few shaft makers. Everyone had catalogs and leather in many colors. Only the Winkel company doesn't want to spend any money on it. Although, the cash register for such shoes is 1700 euros. pays. With Winkel's shoe technology, the visually impaired cannot choose anything. Catalogs are not ordered. The customer is told it no longer exists. Customers are considered stupid here. Solutions are not even sought. We even have a good shaft maker in Dorsten. Winkel doesn't want to know anything about it. He doesn't have any model catalogs anymore. Attributing something like that is so ridiculous

We went to Ms. Rauhut for a big running analysis and felt very well advised. The analysis discussion afterwards was very informative and the written summary doesn't let you forget anything! Highly recommended!

I was there for my first movement analysis and running shoe consultation. I met a highly professional and friendly team. Many questions were asked about training levels, complaints and previous illnesses before we started. I was guided through the subsequent analysis in a way that was easy to understand and competent. The analysis of the videos was very informative and will help me to improve my posture to prevent damage. All questions could be answered clearly. The running shoe advice was both individual and competent. The results of the previous analysis were taken into account, so I took my new shoes with me straight away. In the first test this morning they did what they promised and I was already able to implement a few tips. Big praise to Victoria Rauhut (movement analysis) and Daniel Lutzmann (running shoe advice). Keep it up!!!

Great customer service and great quality! Most recently, I took advantage of the holistic Winkels analysis. This is highly recommended. I learned a lot about myself and the causes of my knee and hip pain and was given what I can do to improve my posture and thus get rid of my pain. Conclusion: interesting measurement data, very competent explanations and evaluation of this data, as well as easy-to-implement tips for troubleshooting. So: holistic recommendation!

My family and I have been customers/patients of Mr. Winkels and his team for several years. The measurement technology is always state-of-the-art, matching the sales and measurement rooms, which are striking for their cleanliness and order. The advice is understandable for everyone and is extremely thorough, as is the running analysis, which can be booked in addition to the standard foot measurement. We take time for each individual customer to “research the cause” of the physical problems and then resolve them in the best possible way, both through the insoles and through competent and targeted advice. Here the whole body is looked at and the history and individual problems are addressed. The entire team enjoys their work and shows this through the dedication and thoroughness in the measurements and analyses. We have recommended Orthopedic Shoe Technology Winkels several times and have received nothing but positive feedback. I don't normally write reviews, but the way they work at Winkels, as well as the joy of the job that is always present there, made me do it now :-)

Very friendly and professionally competent team. Sufficient time is taken to respond to all of the customer's wishes. The movement analysis was carried out very extensively and in detail. This was three years ago for me now. Thanks to the specially made insoles, I have a completely new walking feeling and my previous complaints have been virtually eliminated. Excellent and competent advice. Super friendly and personable staff, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The technology is state-of-the-art. At first I thought I was entering an Apple Store and not a shop that deals with orthopedic shoe technology. My overall impression was and is consistently positive and I will continue to have my insoles made there in the future.
