Doctor Psychiatrist Neurologist

🫤 Absolutely impossible to reach by phone. I stood at the counter in front of the doctor's assistants, who didn't even look at me as a patient, had diligent and animated private conversations and simply ignored the telephone, which constantly sounded very quiet. When I asked them about it, I was told... People often mention practice, waiting,

I'm actually happy with the doctors and the team and the rating would be much better if that were the only thing left. But why is the practice not able to accept a phone call? I have been a patient for 2 years but have never been able to get through on the phone. Is there even a telephone for the number? Strangely enough, in practice it doesn't ring when you call. I even tested it from the waiting room because it kept me so busy.

Absolutely impossible to reach by phone. I stood at the counter in front of the doctor's assistants, who didn't even look at me as a patient, had diligent and animated private conversations and simply ignored the telephone, which constantly sounded very quiet. When I asked them about it, I was told to try email or fax. Dr. Rauber is nice and competent, but the team and the service level of the practice are anything but customer-friendly.

Dr. Volz-Stricker, as a so-called “neutral” assessor, classified me as fully capable of working with total neurological failure and 50 percent bedridden. No eye contact or anything during the examination. This woman is far beyond the concepts of incompetence and independence from the German pension insurance. I was told this before the report, but I didn't think it would be so extreme. I was classified as completely unfit for work by two medical officers and this woman ignored all diagnoses and went through her program in 10 minutes. Apparently it's worth it to earn some extra money in this way through German pension insurance.

Today for the appraisal, reception was super friendly. Doctor 10 min. waiting time. Took a lot of time to listen and ask questions. The test was explained very well and was completed in 30 minutes. If it wasn't so far, I would switch to this practice. Everything was great, thank you and all the best for the future.

For patients with intervertebral discs and back problems, waiting in the hallway for a long time is not exactly good for their health. Unfortunately, after years, they will have to look for a new neurological practice in the city.

I went to see Dr Brunn for the first time today and I have to say that before the appointment I was worried that I wouldn't be listened to, but I really felt cared for and listened to. He is a very good doctor. The staff is also very friendly.

If you ever find yourself in a position to choose an expert, I can only advise you to give the practice a wide berth!!!!

Practice virtually unavailable (phone, email). Extremely long waiting times for Dr. Rauber (several times in the waiting room for around 4 hours!!). Dr. Rauber seems rushed, hardly takes his time and speaks very quickly. Worst doctor's office in my 25-year "career" as a chronically ill person. Of course I changed.

Unfriendly staff, I wanted to sit down in the waiting room and was told “No, you have to wait in front of the door”. I had been waiting for 20 minutes. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer, I had no strength left. Maybe you should think about changing something.
