Please don’t come to this hotel if you love yourself. The fire alarm due to probably other tourist made too much smoke in their room kitchen forced everyone leave the hotel . However, no workers lead us to escape, also no one explain anything to us , we get back to the room after it looks safe. Then we book 2 rooms , while the induction stove in kitchen of one of our rooms was not working so we were forced to cook in the other room. The worst thing is: the hole which is on my shower room floor was broken or something, water went everywhere out of the shower room and the main part of our room. We ask information desk for help , they bring some towels but it didn’t help, they couldn’t clean this fast , so we were forced to move to other room. The workers here were not impolite but they didn’t show any good attitude and didn’t sincerely apologize and didn’t give us any compensation. Their behavior seem like this hotel didn’t have any fault and they only needed to simply change our room but not doing anything more. The shower room in the new room also didn’t have the little platform for placing the shower gel and toothbrush. In conclusion, this hotel doesn’t have any room which is perfect. Basically you are torturing yourself if you’re staying here.

We stayed at the Hotel for a single night and it has overall been a good stay. The service is very friendly and welcoming, and we liked the free water supply in the lounge. In addition, the room has been very clean. 🧽 A couple of things that can be improved (we stayed in the apartment-like rooms): -> The digital display of the microwave lightens up the room at night and the bed is right in front of it. Either allowing it to be turned off or at least covered would be appreciated -> The water cooker did not work -> The kitchen supply should be extended to at least provide two of anything (like 🍴 ) -> Providing some kind of body lotion (complaining on a high level here) -> The parking for 15€ per night is a bit pricy for the area (subjective, and I compare to Hamburg)

Stay city apartment was very nice place we stayed for two days was very clean had all you will need , small fridge, microwave, safe in the closet , nice shower with plenty of hot water had a great breakfast in the morning will all you can eat from sausage to fruit and cheese and had a bar for the evenings for those of you who would like a night cap . the apartments was only about 1 mile from old town which has all the dining and bars , shopping, you can take the city bus which stop directly across the street not sure what it cost as we were with a tour group . But we’ll worth the stay.

Best Value for money in Heidelberg! Very clean rooms with kitchenette, comfortable beds & a good bathroom + separate room with a toilet. Next to the room being significantly cheaper than competitors at the same level of comfort, you also have an affordable extensive breakfast, which even has a pancake maker and Nutella machine. The only small inconvenience is that the hotel is not in the city center, but it is right next to a tram/bus station that will get you there within 15 minutes. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and recommend anyone to stay here, It's a Great comfort hotel for a budget price!

Staff are friendly and I would like to thank Salaman and the girl from the bar, even though I don’t remember her name. The accomodation was clean and very lively. The staff gave the guests all the good vibes only atmosphere.

Good price quality. A/C seemed broken since room was constantly overheating, but reception informed us this was normal and we should have just turned off the A/C if it was too hot.. all in all, good hotel for citytrips and 1/2 night stay like we had.

The hotel is clean and good located if you are arriving by car. They have a big uncomplicated car park. They offered also to drop the car from early checkin time until late afternoon the next day for 15 Euros. To be aware, currently rennovations are done and we could hear drilling in the afternoon and general constructions from 8am onwards on the 4th floor. It didn't disturb us, since we used the room only for sleeping. The breakfast was great and definitely worth the price.

We stayed twice in one week as we were on a business trip driving from Switzerland to Dusseldorf. We stopped for overnight and both times our experience with staff and rooms were very good. I recommend and would stay again when needed.

A wonderful service Apartment hotel close to the downtown Heidelberg. Total value for money compared to the other hotels. For a very reasonable price you get an apartment with 2 rooms (living and Bedroom). They have a nice parking with 15€ per night. They have a nice bar and restaurant inside as well. Quite a nice experience.

A bit outside of the city centre, but this way you have time to walk your diner and sleep better 😉Very tidy and modern rooms (we got one just refurbished), big paid parking. We didn't take the breakfast as we found it expensive for 2 girls (we ate more than well for half the money at a brand new Riegler bakery 500m away). In short - very good place for couple of days in Heidelberg and around.

Very modern and spacious room with everything you'd expect from a nice hotel room. Well-equipped kitchen which we didn't use. Located close to Heidelberg HBF 5 min on bus. Bus stop Infront of reception. Check in was easy. wish I could spend more days in there. Definitely recommended.

The overselling issue keep happening without improvement! 這間旅館是超賣的累犯,小心! The stay experience was poor. We arrived to drop off our luggage around 2 PM, Sep 30, and when we returned to check in at the hotel close to 11 PM, we were informed that due to a system issue, our room had been oversold. The gentleman at the reception told us he would arrange for us to stay at a nearby hotel and asked for five minutes to do so. They offered us a complimentary drink. However, after almost 20 minutes, he came back to inform us that all nearby hotels were fully booked. We were told we had to take a taxi to a hotel in Leimen, 6 kilometers away, which was quite remote. They said they would cover the taxi fare to the hotel, but we had to pay for the taxi to return to Heidelberg the next morning. I found this unreasonable, but they emphasized that the alternative hotel was more expensive than what we paid, so we were benefiting. I didn't feel we were benefiting anything, since you booked at the day, of course the rent will go up. This comparison is unreasonable. It was late at night, and we just needed to rest, better hotel facilities or breakfast is useless for us(btw the hotel is not even better in my opinion). After our insistence, they agreed to cover the taxi fare for the next morning and offered breakfast. However, the whole process was very time-consuming, and by the time we could finally rest, it was over an hour later, midnight already. I can understand the reason for the inconvenience being a system error leading to no available room. But the handling of the situation was poor. If they knew there were insufficient rooms, couldn't they have arranged an alternative hotel in advance? Guests, burdened with heavy luggage at night, had to wait for over an hour before getting a chance to rest. I just needed a room to rest in and easy access to the station. They failed us.

The room is large and clean. The staff, reception staff, and cleaning staff are all very nice and friendly. The hotel is clean everywhere. I can recommend it to others. However, I was disappointed that my room did not have an kitchen sponges and towels, which are provided in other rooms. Also, the outlet for the lighting in the room was not a German one and could not be used. The socks of the previous guest were left in the room. There was nothing like that in my companion's room, so I guess it was a mistake...

Easy to get to. Conveniently next to a gas station, the train station and a Burger King. I would totally recommend it if you come for business, quick travel or school. They have really cool rooms with everything you need. I always stay there when I go to Heidelberg.

We stayed for two nights at room no 231. I would give it a 4 stars rating if our room was clean, but it was not. The floor was not swept, there were several things on it and the toilet was also dirty once you lifted the lid. I would like to believe it was an unhappy incident as the room was spacious and nice and breakfast was fine.

5 to receptionists, but 1 to high management: I arrived at 22:00, wanted to rest, I had prebooked room and parking lot. But when I arrived the parking was closed, no ringing, support phone number does not work, there's no place where stop is allowed on the street to go to reception and ask. I spend 30min to find a place to stop and go to reception, where I got to know that all parking lots are occupied. I had to park my new cool auto in 800m away on main station parking (not the most save place in the night). So I spent 1h to park, at 23:00 I was in my room, and had immediately go to sleep, as parking at the main station is allowed only till 07:00, so I had to wake up at 06:30. The guy at reception was super cool, gave me better room, he did everything he could, but still next time I'll choose another hotel, with parking or at least with some possibilities to park on a street close to the hotel, which simply doesn't exist around this hotel.

Lovely cozy aparthotel. I especially like the choice of international music that they play in elevators and lobby. Very welcoming manager (Michael) and reception staff too. Although they were super busy when we arrived; but they managed to please everyone; they also gave everyone who was waiting complimentary drinks too. The one bedroom apartment has everything one needs for a short stay. The washer and dryer are located on the 4th floor where there is an amazing view of Heidelberg. I am still staying at the hotel and will write another review after we leave. The length of our stay would have been 15 days.

This is a funny hotel as they had no phones around to call the reception,if you need help you have to whatsapp the hotel, but they don't reply swiftly so be wary of this fact if you need immediate assistance. Breakfast wasn't included but you can get it for 9 euro. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The toilet and bathroom were separated and that wasn't so much to my liking, also I think the shower floor can do with some sort of a grip because it was a bit slippery The bed was decent and comfortable There was a coffee machine available but no coffee sachets were given 🥺 Closest public transport would be the tram and Banhof is about 7 mins walk Near by you can find few restaurants and also Burger king .

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Staycity Aparthotels. The room and shower are spacious. The bed is comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Will choose this hotel again when I am traveling to Heidelberg next time. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean, in the room we had two tea bugs and Nespresso coffee machine with 2 capsules of coffee. The bed was super comfortable, I forgot the last time when I slept so great :) The receptionist was a great guy, who kindly helps to navigate through the city (even tho I did not need this info, as I am not there the first time - still nice that they provide such information). We did not get the breakfast there, as we just came to sleep over, so I can't tell really, but the restaurant zone looked stylish and nice :) The shower is a little bit weird, as it had almost transparent glass, however, it was strange just from the beginning and we managed. The door to the toilet and shower is the same, so it is also weird. In general, I think that design of the shower is bad, if you are not staying alone there :)

Awful experience: After my booking and, after receiving my payment, the structure called me 2 hours prior to my arrival asking to cancel the reservation due to a "technical issue" and promising a refund. I did it through booking.com assistance but I am still waiting for my refund to be completed. The structure stopped replying to my questions on booking.com on the status of my refund

Arrived at the hotel finding out it was overbooked and that my booking has been transferred to another hotel 2 km away for one of the two nights booked. Had to walk all the way there making me late for an important work meeting. At least they could have offered a Taxi there or transferred the booking for the entire stay. Now I will have to move hotels after the first day. Very unprofessionell handling of the situation.

I have been living there for a month and although the rooms are not bad, the cleanliness and attention at reception leave much to be desired. Although they cleaned once a week, the room was immediately dirty (photos attached) which shows that the cleaning was not very thorough. In addition, on some occasions the kitchen was not even wiped down. On the other hand on several occasions the staff have been very unpleasant, rude and inefficient, when at all times we asked for things with respect and cordiality. In case of returning to Heidelberg I would not recommend this place.

First of all: 5 stars to the reception staff, they are great. About the rest: I'm staying at the hotel for the 2nd time, I had a good and a bad experience. The first time was great. I booked a room for a week but I was upgraded to an apartment for free, great! The apartment was clean and confy and the hotel even has an ATM. Second time: I booked an apartment but when I arrived the trash bin was full, the fridge was a bit dirty and the safe locker was locked, so we could not use it. The staff was helpful and changed us to another room but the new room did not have enough towels, the kitchen tap is loose, the dish washer drain has rest of food (it is disgusting), some dishes and cups are dirty (so right now I'm washing all of them again cause who knows what is clean and what isn't...) and one of the bedroom lights is flickering. And today is just our first day here... I don't want to bother the staff with all of this, I just asked for more towels and the rest we will manage ourselves 🤷‍♀️..I really liked the first time that I stayed here and that is why I came back. But I dont think I will stay here next time I come to Heidelberg. It will really depend if the rest of our stay goes pleasant (and how I will feel when I look again at that rest of the food in the bottom of the dish washer drain...aff :P) Apart from this, the location of the hotel is convenient, they have a nice lounge/bar in front of the reception, the matress is confortable and the curtains are good(they really block the day light). Bad points: the first time I stayed here there were 2 nigths that I could hear people speaking in the apartment by my side. I guess the noise came from the heating/cooling system that connect rooms. The pillows are bad. If you are alone in the room, you can use them all (four) and it is Ok. Now that I am with my husband I noticed that 2 pillows are really not enough...I did not noticed that the pillows were so bad 1st time I came. Maybe it is another unlucky thing of this time. I am giving 3 stars as an average of my good and my bad experiences.

Perfect location in Bahnstadt, near bus and tram lines or a 10 minute walk to the station and a good 30 minute walk to the start of the shopping mile in HD. Breakfast is ideal:. A good mix for the price (I just need Müsli and eggs) and a coffee crema plus an extra espresso gave me the perfect start to the day. Had a "suite" so great for work, had tea in the room, a fridge to keep leftovers from spoiling. Clean, tidy, no frills, comfy bed and a/c! Staff professional and friendly! Minus :. Arrived at midnight. No parking spots left, but machine said "out of order". Perhaps put a note where to park instead? Bar service understaffed. Waited 15 minutes to order bottled juice and water. Housekeeping came in wanting to clean, which for a suite should only be 1x a week so totally interrupted work (but apologized) And no secure wifi.

This is my first time back to Europe since COVID and I found the best hotel chain. I wished I had booked earlier with Staycity. I have stayed in over 10 large and small hotels in Europe. Staycity made me feel at home, the room was very nice, breakfast was great, everything was very clean and quiet.

Unfriendly employees The room is not clean as I expected! There is better hotels in Heidelberg that better than this hotel. Poor service team and the hotel prices are too high for this quality

I booked one apartment for my parents and one standard hotel room for me. During the 3 nights, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is near the city center. The rooms were so clean. The employees were so friendly. I want to say very big thanks to Nurlan because of his special attention to us as a manager. The breakfast was rich, also there is one big parking place. Until next time.

The hotel is very clean and comfortably located, nearby you can find parking and if not then it costs 15 euro per day. The staff is professionally trained and very kind. I would recommend this hotel for short trip travellers
