This was by far one of the best burgers I have had in Europe. A burger should be simple and this is what I found with the classic burger. I had two great juicy patties with a good sauce and a delicious bun. The fries were quiet delicious too. Last but not least, the waiters are friendly and quite funny which really adds to the special experience. Really looking forward to the next visit!

Ordered the "We love cheese" burger. I've tried so many burgers in the last few years and I have to say this is probably the best one I've ever had. The ingredients were ultimately fresh. The cheese was melted and tasted like proper cheddar, like it was supposed to. The buns themselves were very good, so were the pickles and the onions and the sauce. My favourite part was the meat, it was soft, melt-y, had the perfect texture, was grilled to perfection(medium). The assortment of these ingredients meant that the whole burger was phenomenal. 100 percent recommended.

Perfect crispy golden batter with beautifully cooked onions inside. Have never had better. The Joppie sauce was a great accompaniment. The fries were great and the homemade ketchup is truly wonderful - rich and sophisticated. They could totally sell it, I would definitely buy some. The business lunch is great value too! The highlight though, was the service. Everyone we encountered was just lovely. Truly friendly and quick with a joke or smile and all switched to perfect English when they heard my appalling German. Professional and attentive without being intrusive. Such a refreshing customer service experience. Really left feeling well looked after. Will definitely be back, I know my family of burger lovers will appreciate it.

As an American, I'm always on the hunt for good burgers in Germany. I had heard good things about Bob & Mary, but I was very disappointed. First off, the party was pressed pretty thin and was not seasoned at all. It was only "juicy" in the sense that the patty made the bun very wet and soggy...not very appetizing. The toppings were just okay. I didn't end up finishing my burger because it unfortunately just didn't taste very good. I enjoyed the homemade lemonade and the sweet potato fries. The restaurant can get very full, but it is pretty dark and VERY warm. Service was friendly! I probably won't be back and will keep searching... 🍔

We have tried the Deep Blue Burger and Sweet Potato Fries. The burger was a bit too salty -as bacon and blue cheese already are very salty. I think they should try to balance it somehow. Otherwise, the best blue cheese burger I ate in Germany so far. Very well made!! Fries were delicious, but not as crunchy. I have had better sweet potato fries before in Düsseldorf, so thinking about the price/performance i think it ends up being too expensive. Still delicious tho! Portions are nice. Staff is also very friendly :) I would visit them only if I am really craving a nice blue-cheese burger. Otherwise I find it too expensive.

Great food and efficient service, but a bit pricey. BBQ Bacon burger was really, really good and the fries were decent too. The salsa dip could have done with a bit more of a kick. Frustrating to have to pay extra for a side -- given the price of the burgers (>10€), I think we should at least get a portion of fries. Service was very fast; our drinks came in about 30 seconds and the food took probably only 5 minutes.

We were a group of 6 and waited 20 minutes to place our Order for Drinks and then waited another 20minutes for the drinks and then at the end waited nearly 40minutes just to get our Bill. You can add some salt and pepper but its not the same. The avocado crema also was a tad too sour and threw off the balance of the burger. The perfectly crisp bacon was really good. Most burger joints don't get bacon right. SERVICE Simply amazing. Everyone was very very friendly and really nice but at the same time felt completely professional. The staff is outstanding. ATMOSPHERE Lovely modern restaurant. Inside it can be very dark but in a warm way. Very nice place to grab a bite and hang out or go on a burger date. RATING The service and the quality made it easy to give full stars even though the burger wasn't the best I had but that leans more towards personal preference.
