👍👍 On Easter Monday I was very lucky to be able to watch one of the "Night Watchers" and also meet Mr. J. Pohl - puppet and actor - who, among other things, organized the transport. There are lots of strange things to see and admire! I really liked the exhibition of Stefan Wewerka's art objects. People often mention exhibition, exhibitions, museum, Villa, Zanders, villa, building,

We visited the exhibition "Bibliomania". The two upper floors are intended for special exhibitions. The impressive villa with its spacious rooms offers plenty of exhibition space. The exhibition, with its rather rare theme, was attractively presented and impressed. As far as I know, there was something similar in Museun Siegen years ago. The villa is located right in the city center. We arrived by car and found a parking space straight away. There are cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. Admission: €4 for adults.

What better use for an old factory mansion than as an art museum? I don't believe. The building is beautiful and visitors already feel uplifted as they walk through the spacious rooms. The permanent exhibition on the ground floor with works by the Düsseldorf School, i.e. landscape paintings from the 19th century, lacks works of the very best quality, but provides a good initial insight. The current permanent exhibitions (Rolf Rose and Oskar Holweck) show slightly less prominent artists whose content is convincing. Here you can discover something new! And the attractive location in the heart of Bergisch Gladbach city center does the rest. Go!

(Translated by Google) Villa Zanders (Villa Zanders) is an outstanding building made of natural stone in the style of the French Renaissance. In its walls is the City Art Gallery (Kunstmuseum Villa Zanders) with collections of maps, literature and paintings created by various artists of the world. In addition, in the basement of the villa is stored a valuable collection of fossils from Pafera Calkmulde. The Art Museum regularly, every first Wednesday of the month, specially invites bats with young children.

Beautiful villa. Great event with Kati, who is just as wonderful as an art historian as she is as a yoga teacher. There was a very nice, homogeneous group doing yoga and also in the great exhibition. Highly recommended and very different with inspiring explanation. Thank you very much

Excellent special exhibition on the Pro collection. Power. The representative rooms created an extremely attractive setting.

    - Small exhibition area - Entry costs 4 per person, toilets, cloakroom and lockers available - at the time of the visit I found the exhibition "difficult to understand". Maybe. I personally don't understand this art either, e.g. a nail on the wall is a work of art. Presumably the exhibitions change and more interesting pieces are displayed on other days. - The building looks quite good from the outside. You can tell that the last renovation was a few years ago. However, I liked the mighty wooden staircase. - Employees were very nice

Villa Zanders is a small but nice museum in Bergisch-Gladbach that shows very interesting exhibitions. The focus is on works of art / objects / sculptures made of paper. It is always surprising what artists create when they use paper creatively. The museum also has an excellent website with a very good booking system for the thematically challenging lectures and tours of the exhibitions. Highly Recommended.

Not a very big selection. I am quite sure there are a lot more talented artists in the area.

Not a place recommended for Families with small kids. Even though you control your kids, they're always behind you.
