The worst service I've ever seen in a Decathlon shop, and I've been a Decathlon customer for more than 7 years. I ordered a bycicle, among other stuff I bought for my kids, I received the e-mail that my order is ready for pick up, and when I got there, they just pulled the bycicle from a warehouse, with a loose and un-centered handle bar, with break pads making weird noise, and front wheel insufficiently inflated. Net, no-one has even looked at it before being delivered, apparently because the "mekaniker" was not in. How am I suppose to give this to my kid? It is a birthday present. Now I will have to fix it myself, as I don't have the luxury of time, that Decathlon "mekaniker" have .... Too bad I can rate this with 0 stars ...
