Experience?! I do not know if what happend today to my husband is an experience. I found the clinic online and gave to him the number to book an appointment just for an spermograme (i would like to explain that i am a doctor). He explained the problem very well while booking and also left his mobile number to the recepsionist lady (normally it should be done so). He went there, driving from city to city, and they told him that the appointment was canceled and they have have sent to him an email about this (but he didn't give any email address to the lady, just the mobile number). Also they adviced to see an urologist...wow! Let's say they are right, but why didn't they call him and ask if he did see an urologist before or if he had a recomandation... I do not like to think that you are a clinic that chooses patients even before the doctor have spoke to them. I would advice to be very careful to people, to patients because you can hurt them, you take time from them, and you are being paid for the services. You just lost a couple that needed your help.

This is the worst clinic, worst service, worst experience we’ve had so far. 1. Admin team constantly loosing all documents (e.g. contracts, notary documents) 2. No progress since about a year (in this time we managed to have just blood tests twice) 3. Very bad communication, no responses on emails. For every phone call they charge you money. Even if you just ask them to send you a copy of your test results via email. 4. We had 3 different doctors, who were constantly cancelling the appointments. 5. After escalations to chief doctor several times - we have never (!) received a single response from her 5. They were only focused on charging you money for every single smallest thing. We experienced that they charge you for services which we never had and only after several escalations they drop those charges. Don’t waste your nerves, time and money! There are way better clinics available, where patients are respected and treated professionally.

Really disappointing !!!From March to July I am only giving my blood samples. Dr Quadroff didn’t start any proper treatment..There are some problem in my Husband reports so she forced to do ICSI..I can understand But I didn’t want to go directly with ICSI I want to follow one by one procedure..I told my husband is taking also proper treatment and he is feeling well and his reports are coming better than before so we want to go with IUI.When our IUI will failed we will definitely go for ICSI.But I think Doctor (She)is not taking any interst in our case ..Her response disappoint me..I have heard lots of cases in which IUI successful even husband and wife have problems(if they take proper treatment for at least 3,4 months) .This time I went for IUI for first time ..On 4 day of period she told me I have 15mm follicle but thin mucous so this time IUI will not happened..I was really schocked and speechless.Before it I had told 2,3 times to doctor I have some issues with my Period Cycles so You should monitor my Cycle but she told it will not include my health insurance..When you are doing IUI and IVF like procedure you must monitor each and every cycle of Patients seriously if it will not include in health insurance then take extra charge but do it.She gave some medicines which make my period faster and then again I have to take appointment for Sonography.And next time Her collegue will check me because she is on leave.I think she is only wasting her and my timing..No positive Vibes!!! If Doctors will not show their positive enthusiasm towards patients then how can patients stay hopeful .If you go for IVF then ok but if you go for step by step procedure I am sure you will get same experience as I have..May be Viva neo has good Doctors but My doctor is worse!!! My personally suggestion “people who are coming towards you they are already mentally stressed and depressed so don’t treat like that .Make them more comfortable and positive “

The worst service ever. We wasted our time and money. We had an appointment for the first blood check today. We wrote emails and called them, we said beforehand that we're not vaccinated. The doctor said they have got tests there. they didn't say anything about their special rules. We got up at 5 to be there at 7.20.firstly,the receptionist told us to go and buy ffp2 masks, although in NRW there are no rules to wear that sort of masks. We had ordinary medical masks. We bought ffp2 and came back. Then she asked for the tests, that we didn't have. We explained that nobody asked us to do the test. She told us to wait in the hall. 15 min later she asked us to go away. I requested them to give me their manager phone or email. They didn't have any business cards, just gave me a land-line phone number, which is useless, as the manager is not in. That was the worst experience ever. How come that the clinique doesn't have tests? Why don't you tell about your stupid rules while making appointments?

The billing department tarnishes this clinic's reputation because bills are always sent more than 6 weeks late, and they always come with a €10 late fee as standard; the billing department ignores us when we ask them to confirm the receipt of bank transfers; and they shared our private confidential data to a bailiff for no reason, which is a violation of the GDPR European private data protection law.

Overall unhappy with the experience. I am not sure whether this is due to the Dutch doctors leaving before we started (we are both Dutch). The doctor we had was friendly, and she tried well, but communication was difficult both with her and with the rest of the staff. We had many instances of miscommunications and unclear instructions, and the fact that the website is not accurate about calling times does not help. When you're in an emotional and taxing situation the last thing you need is unclear instructions. The only thing which was always expertly communicated to us was the bill.

Terrible experience there...unprofessional doctors, bad communicate, waste a lot of time and money. Even after the circle was cancelled by doctor, they still delivered more meditation for us to pay. Ridiculous! Being sent to some other hospital after surgery by ambulance without explanations what happened!

At the beginning a little bit annoyed me about embryo transportation from Munich to the clinic but they solved the problem properly. During treatment was very impressive. The clinic itself is very clean and good atmosphere. The staff are nice, doctors and laboratory are very professional.

We come from Holland, en we have a good experience with Vivaneo. In Holland it was terrible en the service was very bad. We went to VivaNeo because we heard good things from couples who became pregnant there. After six months we are pregnant from twins. The way they helpt us at the VivaNeo was very positive. If you cannot get childeren , it hurts. It's very easy to think bad about VivaNeo if things hurt or it doens't go the way you want it to go. But the people there want to help en they do there work seriously. In Holland they don't have a good treatment and in Germany they looked at me as a person en they helpt us with a good treatment. They know more than other countries do. We payed soms money, but you can get some back from your insurance. You need to trust the proces , even if it's terrible en everything looks like a horror movie. If you cannot get childeren, everything is a horror movie. So don't think bad about other people, they cannot help it.

This is a success story with a rough start. We went to this clinic for the first time when it was still in the old offices, on the other side of the Rhein river, near the harbour. The receptionists and nurses were very unfriendly and rude to us. The doctors that we visited were different almoust every time we visited. It was quite complex regarding the documentation and insurance, but after half a year we finally managed to have everything in order. After they moved to the current office in Lohweg we noticed significant change in the mood with the receptionists and nurses. They were super friendly and in good mood. Not sure why, maybe the management changed as well with the offices. The doctor managed to identify our medical issue and offered us an approach how to proceed. I was feeling anxious because I wasn't aware of the full procedure and didn't know what to expect. The doctor didn't spoke good English which was part of the problem. But, once the process started they gave me the exact plan and schedule when is what due to happen, so I was feeling better. The whole procedure lasted a month. The operation for collecting egg cells was very fast and straightforward. Doctors and nurses were very nice and helpfull. Two weeks after embryo transfer we got a positive pregnancy test. After some weeks we went for another check and heard a steady heart beat. One of the best days of our lives. We were lucky and got pregnant from the first try! And the embryo looked very healty from the start. We got our baby boy last month, who is healthy and growing fast. We couldn't expect anything better then this!

Very bad experience.Tried to make 3 appointments and then they said they will not consult because my partner is over 40. Avoid!! Did 20 calls to get in touch, very incompetent and insensitive.

We struggled for years to get pregnant and Dr. Zübeyda Akyazi- Oberhoffer is the one who finally helped our dream become a reality. She is calm, patient and explained everything we wanted to know - on how to proceed, our best options, test results. Cannot recommend her enough. Not to forget the entire nursing team also. They are so friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Thanks a lot.

I can't really find myself in the bad reviews. We had a great experience here. They took their time. Did the right investigations and provided us with the best threatment. Threatment that wasn't possible in The Netherlands. In Holland they just told us they didn't know why it didn't work out all the attempts and that we should probably think of not having a child of our own. We took our chances with Vivaneo and it resulted in our beautiful daughter. Actually just started another attempt and so far we still have the same great experience.

Unfortunately, after 1 1/2 years, I cannot recommend this clinic. At the beginning I was really excited, everyone there is very nice, no question! But …. At the beginning a complete blood count was done and a large sugar test... I was prescribed medication and that was it for 1 1/2 years of treatment... My values ​​were no longer checked by my treating doctor, even though the other doctors in this clinic no longer wanted to prescribe me a certain prescription without a check! (At the time when my treating doctor was on vacation). Questions and requests for further diagnostics were responded to, but nothing was considered necessary. I should just keep taking my meds and change my lifestyle... That was the only statement I received in 1 1/2 years, no diagnoses or anything like that were actually discussed with me. Unfortunately, the clinic is also very difficult to reach. If you want to order a prescription, you are called back x number of times before the responsible employee can help you further. Ordered prescriptions were regularly forgotten to be ready and were often not ready when picked up other doctor couldn't sign the prescriptions so I often had to come back a second time on a different day. Everything is very difficult. I have now looked for another clinic and more diagnostics were carried out there at the first appointment than in this clinic in 1 1/2 years. Lo and behold, I can start treatment in the new clinic next month. I learned diagnoses that apparently no one really wanted to tell me during the 1 1/2 years of “treatment”. A pity. The entire team at the practice was really nice and I actually felt very comfortable there...

TFP has been the best fertility clinic that I have been a patient of. I had tried several and had terrible experiences. We moved to Düsseldorf and I was afraid however we booked an appointment with Dr. Sauer and created a plan based on our situation. I am beyond thankful to all the staff at TFP clinic. From the receptionist to the nurses we always had a smile & support. Whenever I had a question, problem they will do their best & get back to me as soon as they had an answer. We started your treatment in April 2023 and went to Dr. Sour in treatment. Dr. Sauer took a lot of time for the discussions and he also addressed my fears. During the treatment I became a little more relaxed and got involved. We were always greeted warmly at registration and were very helpful if we had anything. On the day of the aspiration in August, I was very nervous and, above all, I was very afraid of the anesthesia. But the anesthesia doctor and the entire surgical team were great and took away my fears. On the day of the embryo transfer, Dr. Mad on vacation and the transfer was carried out by a substitute doctor and he was super nice. It worked for us on the first try and we're expecting our little miracle in May. How can the clinic and especially Dr. Recommend Sauer.

We had a great experience with VivaNeo in Dusseldorf. The doctors & nurses were very professional. They guided us through the whole process without any difficulties. Dr. Cuypers who was our physician, helped us with our journey with IVF. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and we are very grateful for that. Thanks to them, we were able to get pregnant on the first try and now we have a beautiful baby boy. We only have good things to say about VivaNeo Dusseldorf and we recommend this clinic for people who want to try IVF.

We made an appointment online for an initial consultation on the homepage. We even got a reminder in advance. When we arrived at the practice that day, we were told that there was no appointment in the system and that we had to come back again. We drove for an hour, took extra time off work and were stunned. A catastrophic organization and therefore a catastrophic first impression. The trust is broken and we will look for another clinic. That's not how you treat people.

He takes his time, he responds to all needs, HE LISTENS!, which for me is such a great quality in the relationship between doctor and patient. He helps as best he can, he asks, he cares and follows up, he calls, he is always THERE right from the start! Really THERE! He sees people. He loves what he practices. For me he is exceptionally strong and I love him for expressing his own opinion, even when statistics tell a different story. I saw this man and it immediately clicked. We switched to TFP in August on the recommendation of my dear friend and work colleague; before that we were in another Kiwu clinic for 3/4 years. Without any success... I consciously asked Dr. Sauer selected because he specializes in endometriosis. We immediately felt at home there! For the first time I had the feeling that someone understood the diagnosis and didn't ignore it! He didn't treat me like a "healthy woman"... with the same "timetable" but saw the endometriosis as a part of me and therefore tailored a treatment plan specifically for me. I felt like I was in good hands at all times. Dr. Sauer always took his time, no matter how many questions you had. For me personally it was always a nice visit; it was always warm, understanding and funny! And this praise also goes to the medical assistants in the room, at the registration desk and also in the operating room. I have never received calls back and replies to my emails as quickly as I did from these great ladies!!! Big praise to you! ❤️ The anesthesiologist and the doctor who operated on me were incredibly kind and caring. Another thank you goes to Dr. Hubert, she treated us on behalf of us between the holidays. I was so excited because I didn't know her yet. She was very understanding and told me “I’m an old hand, believe me I can do it.” The sentence made me laugh so much that I was then able to relax! What can I say? Dr. Sauer and Ms. Dr. Hubert worked together to make our dream come true ❤️ Today was our last appointment there because our second attempt was successful! We are overjoyed and grateful ❤️ But I'm also sad because I would like to stay there for the entire pregnancy. Thank you so much !

I think the doctor Dr. Akyazi works with a lot of heart, she is very patient and friendly. We felt very taken care of and all of our questions were answered with understanding. She is the best doctor I have ever been treated by.
