Terrible service and ran into many issues. Drop off was easy, but pick up was problematic and took over 2 hours. They told us the wrong pick up point, we had to walk far away with our luggage to another terminal as they refused to drive to the terminal they told us they would pick us up in originally, they wouldn't help us look for our car in their lot until after 20 min of looking fruitlessly, they spent 30-45 minutes looking for our car that they had lost, then they didn't even apologize. Definitely not worth the hassle; I would've paid double just to be spared the extra time as we then ended up in terrible rush hour traffic that we were trying to avoid that added almost an hour to our already delayed travel time.

I parked my car for 3 days at this company. When leaving my car I noticed that i had a lot of change in my console..i did not want to go on vacation with a purse full of coins so i left it in the console and took a picture of it. Upon my return I noticed that the pile of coins looked a lot smaller, I checked it against the picture and indeed some of the money was missing approximately 3-5Eur. I notified the employee who offered to give me back the money..i refused because the money was not the point..the money taken is of very little value to me. But knowing that personal property left in your car is not safe when left here was very upsetting..and i would not feel confident leaving my car here again

Parking here was easy,simple, and convenient. It also beats the ridiculous parking prices to park at the actual airport. The shuttle bus that takes you to the airport and picks you up at the airport to bring you back to your car was super convenient, the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because on our way back the driver of the shuttle was texting while driving, I sat behind his seat and literally saw him texting when he ran into the metal barricades on the construction site, they need to be completely focused on driving and keeping the people they are driving safe. Thankfully nothing happened and he stoped texting. If you’re driving people and their lives are in your hands stay off of your phone, simple.

Very disappointed with this parking service. I dropped off my car and told the attendant I was taking a taxi back to my hotel. He told me the shuttle would drop me off 5 minutes from the hotel. The shuttle stopped a 40 minute walk from my hotel and the driver laughed at me when I told him the parking attendant told me that it would drop me off 5 minutes from my hotel. For the pickup, I provided my return flight number and the parking lot confirmed that number. But the parking attendant said it was not possible to pick up from that terminal despite confirming my flight number in that terminal. I explained that the airport staff said that there was no way to go from one terminal to the other with my luggage trolley and the parking attendant yelled at me that the airport staff didn't know what they were talking about. He also lied and said that the parking lot did not have my flight number even though they sent an email confirming the arrival and flight number. Altogether, the two misleading instances cost a €35 taxi tide and over 3 hours of additional travel time.

Absolutely terrible. The address and confirmation they sent brought is to the wrong parking place. Once we arrived we had to follow one of the workers 10 minutes to another site. When we returned from our flight, I called the company as instructed. Turns out they gave me the wrong card. I waited one hour for the right driver from the same company to come gets us. After traveling all day with children, various phone calls, and speaking with three employees, they finally collected us and brought us to our vehicle. Never again. Do not recommend especially for families or big parties.

Easy to find, quick shuttle to and from the airport

Everything worked perfectly. Excellent service. Great value for money compared to other similar providers. The only issue I had was that the shuttle service driver who picked me up could have been a little friendlier.

We are very happy with this service. It’s the third time that we park here( better the west location than the nord one ). 10 min ca. From the airport , they bring you with the shuttle. Only thing they leave the engine of the shuttle on even just when it’s parked waiting for guests.

Everything went well. Will probably use again. One issue: When we left our car, they gave us a piece of paper where it was stated when we're coming back, and they instructed us to put it on the dashboard. But, when we came back at the parking place, our car was blocked by other parked cars and the employees there were struggling to find the keys of those cars to move them.

Really easy service to and from the airport, they even gave us a business card with very clear instructions on what to do/where to wait when we returned. Would recommend MyParken to anyone!

best place to park your car! The customer service is fantastic! I can not rate this company high enough! Just keep in mind the parking area is a bit farther away do it takes a bit longer to be picked up - otherwise it is a great price with fantastic, kind, helpful staff.

Such a great experience, although it was my first time using an overseas shuttle and was super nervous. Booked online, paid online. Drove to the parking center early in the morning, and was automatically greeted by a nice man who works there and let me in. He checked in my vehicle and within 10 minutes i was on my way to Frankfurt Airport in the shuttle. He lifted all my luggage when he dropped me off, so easy! Coming back was super easy too, I simply called, and the shuttle picked me up in 15 minutes. Got my keys as soon as I confirmed it was my vehicle at the lot! Will be using this service again. Thank you!

Second time I have used these guys. Well priced and a very efficient service. Our German is now good enough to get by but they can also handle English well enough if you need to.

This company is violating traffic law in the area of child transportation. If you have a child of any age, please do not consider their services. They have no competence in child transportation and are willing to expose any child of any age a risk, just to earn their money. Horrible experience, illegal services.
