We were here for dinner for the first time. The burgers were really great, fresh and super tasty. The schnitzel and the lamb skewer with the dips were also great. Large portions at reasonable prices. Because of this good experience, we went back for brunch on Sunday. Unfortunately, the breakfast fell far short of our expectations. Little choice for the price of almost €15 (although very nicely presented), poor organization. The owner didn't do himself any favors. Conclusion: Great in the evening and would love to go again, but I'd rather not have brunch.

Delicious!!! We tried our way through Russian cuisine. Cheburek, shashlik, pelmeni. Incredibly good!!! And I have high standards because I know these dishes from home at a very good level. The food here far exceeded my expectations. I've been looking for a restaurant like this for a long time and now I've found it. We will come back in any case! You absolutely can't complain about the prices, they are more than reasonable. The service was also professional and very nice. All in all it was a very successful evening. This will now be my insider tip, I will recommend the restaurant to others.

Even in East Bloc it doesn't taste as good as it does here. You can't even say what tasted best because everything was just perfect. A very intense taste that cannot be described in words. After 10 years of relationship, my husband has never been as enthusiastic about visiting a restaurant as he is today and after the meal there was no other topic to discuss😅 The conditions were also very nice and attentive. Very spontaneous discovery that exceeded all expectations and demands. Prices and portions are definitely too cheap

We went bowling and dinner with a group today and it was very nice! The food is super tasty and looks great too. Service came to us at the bowling alley at good intervals so that we could reorder. You feel very well looked after there. 👍🏻

There were three of us and we ate very well. The borscht was awesome. The hamburger with a freshly made patty that could be chosen according to the cooking level and also delivered appropriately was also very good. You should bring a good appetite. We didn't manage to do everything...

Great atmosphere, friendly and very nice staff. It was our first time there and we will be staying there more often now. The design-your-own burger was simply awesome. The Russian dishes were also very tasty and recommended. Schnitzel, potatoes and salads also convinced us. The evening ended full and happy with the very tasty nightcap. We will be back!

We ate there with four people and one child. Unfortunately I had to complain about the food and after waiting 20 minutes, I received a new meal. What was just sad was that the old side dish was simply thrown back into the deep fryer and served back on the plate. Since I am an expert and have a lot of experience, I find it sad that you save €0.40 on the cost of goods sold. The service, which was previously very friendly, suddenly deteriorated after the complaint. Among other things, we also had a child with us. We specifically asked what wasn't so spicy. After the consultation, we decided on the currywurst, which was a big mistake because the sauce that was on the bratwurst was so spicy that our daughter couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, she doesn't have any children's meals on the menu either.

Great schnitzels. Portions are very big, we split one portion and took the second one to go. The restaurant is clean and nice. The service is great, as we don't speak German they translated the menu for us. The restaurant even has a room for changing diapers and breastfeeding which was very useful for us. Free parking. Definitely a great place to eat when visiting Essen.
