Our supervisor does a very good job and definitely deserves more stars, but unfortunately many things have come up with the company in my years that seriously question professional business behavior... including excessive costs for our own winter service. Invoices were also raised that came to light during the audit and were then revised by Haut & Jordan (but as a property manager, I would wish that this did not happen). I also had an emergency once and tried to call the emergency contact number repeatedly on my cell phone (we had damage to the skylight and there was a storm, so the stairwell was flooded with rainwater). Afterwards I complained about the lack of accessibility, but it wasn't particularly addressed. After about 2 years, I would like to add that the response and quality from the administration has become significantly worse and a lack of communication is now causing significant legal disadvantages for our community of owners.
