Terrible Service! In March 2022 I ordered a kitchen which should be delivered and installed in June 2022! The first incomplete install was delayed to mid October 2022!!!. A) They were missing one door;B)the drawyer for under the sink did not fit ;C) the front of the drawer was damaged and D) one of the RVS lists was too short. After many weeks they showed up with only the RVS list. Today 20 February 2023 (almost a year later after ordering!!) I still do not have the drawer and door!!!. In the meantime I did not even get an apology for the delays and inconvenience let alone a compensation of sorts. Also, I am not happy with the current state of the finished product: raffles are show.

Clients aren't a priority in this store!! I bought a chair in the store few weeks ago, along with another things I ordered. They charged me full amount instead of sale price for the chair! As the pick up store was almost closing, paid up in hurry and went to collect my chair. Once I got home and noticed the mistake, called the client service the day after, they couldn't help. As I don't live in Germany couldn't go back right away, so few weeks after, went back to store and asked for help. Firstly everyone was just sending me to another colleague, finally they sent to manager Mr. Rischik. The guy was so impolite, he was informed about us but continued talking with his colleague anyway right in front of us! After a long wait he came and said he wouldn't talk in English, French or any other languages! So I asked his colleague to translate, I explained him the whole situation but he refused to help us. He said it was our mistake we paid it, and now he wouldn't return our money. I explained him the mistake should be of his colleague who charged the full price instead of promotion and i bought another things didn't notice right away but he could arrange it. He completely denied to help, I explained him was a usual client and I would complain about it, and they would loose a faithful client. He was very rude and arrogant and said he didn't care at all and told me to leave! Very unhappy about the service!!!!

Probably the worse store in the world. For selling, they speak English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, … We had a big issue with the furniture, packs were damaged, furniture too. But at this point, only German speaking, no answer to the mail, operator hang up. After many tries, we could reach someone that tells us “we’ll call you tomorrow to solve the problem” I am still waiting for the call, it was 3 years ago 🤣

NEVER BUY A KITCHEN HERE! They only take money but zero responsibility!!! Zero communication! They left our kitchen incomplete! Because they ordered wrong door for the fridge, didnt install digiestor which they already approved and at the wnd furniture was too small it didnt fit in, Sink doesnt work because they lost sifon accessory… really thanks!!! And many many other problems!!! They are ignoring us and refusing to find a solution here!!this is just horrible. We wasted our money. We dont know what to do now because it looks horrible to have such a missing pieces in our kitchen… horrible!! I would not recommend this shop. My parents, victims of the floods in Belgium, ordered their kitchen. There was a 3 month delay! When the kitchen finally arrived, at the end of August, some parts were missing. The people who came to assemble the kitchen were very nervous. It was agreed that they should come back and finish the job. They came back a month and a half later and the work is still not done. The joints are still open and there is a risk of water infiltration and the range hood is still missing. My parents have been forced to pay the remaining balance. My father has contacted the seller who speaks French and he does not reply to our emails. We are seriously considering contacting a consumer protection agency. It's a shame

ONE STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH! The absolute worse company in the world. Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy a kitchen here. Three teams had to come and build up the kitchen and had to clean up the messes that the previous teams left. They don't turn up. They left me with have a kitchen on Christmas Eve. Had to cancel all dinner plans. They lie, cheat and do not return calls. They can't even generate a decent invoice. Anywhere else except for this company! I had nightmares during 6 months... that's how long it took them.

We loved this place. They are multi lingual. Good range of furniture, kitchen equipment and a reasonable restaurant.

So big! Almost too big. Moving between buildings is not intuitive. Discovered the discount clearance section though and bought a chair. Otherwise it's just fun to walk around.

I bought a kitchen here. Very unsatisfied with the customer service and quality. Do not get your kitchen from XXXLutz unless you want horrible service.

We recently furnished our new home with furniture from xxxlutz. Indeed there is a lot of variety of goods to choose from but it was a nightmare to deal with their staff and also the customer care. There is no Centralized billing or complaints center and it always redirects to different department/ staff members which is really troublesome. There was a price mistake in my order and I requested 100 times to correct the same, infact i am still trying to follow up with them but the customer care is kinda rude and not able to help to resolve my case which is very much annoying and frustrating. I would not recommend this store if you are looking for good service/ customer sales support. After a review was posted, they asked to share details over an email but again no response at all on the email thread. Worst customer service experience ever. We are literally tired of calling, mailing and visiting the store but unfortunately nothing worked till now🥵🥵 Even after following up for more than 6 months the issue was never resolved which is really a pity.

Wonderful shop with everything you need for your home. From decoration to kitchens, they have it all. Personnel is kind and friendly. Free parking just a short walk away.

Superb furniture store and very broad range...Pick up of online orders and delivery options arr also there... Restaurant is also there with good menu options. If you are having membership card then will get some offers too....easily connected with public transport and big parking spaces.

Better assortment than this Swedish furniture store. Good price, and friendly staff. As they are a little bit reluctant to help in English, you better go with someone that manages German (otherwise I would have give 5 stars). Maybe next time?

Very big store with beautyful products. It is mid range till upper class priced. When you are Lucky you can find nice products in sale.

We bought a sofa with a 50% deposit but after a few days we ran into financial issues so spent the next days phoning around and emailing to see if we could instead of completing the purchase, we would receive a gift voucher. During this time we were passed around and we went through Covid tests to enable to come to the store in person only to be met by a young sales lady sent by her manager to talk to us to say that no gift voucher was possible and we still had to pay the full amount!! This is not good customer service, we had only paid 50% and the sofa was still in the store, all we wanted was support but we got none. From now on we will go to Porta or Segmüller who we have never had a problem with customer service!!!! We will not recommend you to our friends now.

This place is quite expensive and really confusing, almost like a maze. The staff members were nice tho and calmly explained everything so that’s why only 3 stars.

This place is massive. The quality of the products seems to be better than what you generally find in IKEA, but the price tags are also higher. And good luck with finding a guide if you have a question!
