Dirk, der Werkstattmeister, hat sich trotz meiner spontanen Anfrage dem Problem angenommen und alles mögliche unternommen, um auf die Ursache des Problems zu stoßen. Im Zuge dessen wurde auch mal die Bremsflüssigkeit erneuert, Bremsen entlüftet, ABS entlüftet usw. Insgesamt wurde es besser und nach einer Probefahrt stand auch fest, dass die Ursache am Bremszylinder, oben an der Handbremse, liegt. Zusätzlich habe ich auch noch spontan die Bremsbelege hinten, die noch wenig Belag hatten, erneuern lassen. War halt fällig. Dirk Krämer und sein Mitarbeiter waren super zuvorkommend und haben sich meinem Problem, nach kurzer Erklärung, sehr kurzfristig angenommen und fachmännisch bearbeitet. Und das wirklich zu fairen Preisen! Keine Apotheke 😁! Da ich noch Garantie bei dem Händler habe, wo ich die Maschine her habe, habe ich mir noch einen Kostenvoranschlag erstellen lassen, damit ich meinen Ärger mit der Bremse final gelöst bekomme. Ich war auch schon wegen anderen Sachen bei anderen HD-Vertragshändlern und kann sagen, dass dieser durch das fachmännische KnowHow, die Servicebereitschaft, Kundenzufriedenheit und dem monetären Aspekt besonders positiv hervorsticht!
