Hamburger is tasty. Not the best in Heidelberg but Def better than hand am Glück or Mahlzeit. Unfortunately it's a. It pricey. Fries are expensive and very salty. No 9wn Hamburger sauce which is disappointing. Does taste original.

Five Guys is always a good taste of America. Delicious food. Only wish we could eat inside. But Heidelberg is beautiful, so it was a treat to dine outside.

This Five Guys is quite different from the others I’ve been so far. The cajun fries were VERY bland though I expected the to be saltier. The burger barely had any sauce that I could taste. Milkshakes were great, though everything seems overpriced here :)

Five guys is so overrated. Since everyone was saying how good it was, I decided to give it a try. It’s so expensive!!! And it’s fast food. An average combo costs around 16€. Why on earth would you spend your money on this when you can go to a restaurant with much better and REAL food for the same price or even less. Don’t get me wrong, the burger was ok, the milkshake and the fries as well, but I refuse to spend that much money on fast food. Plus, the side of fries couldn’t be smaller. It’s just not worth it.

Ordered from lieferando on Nov. 16, 2021. +45 min delay, but from the timestamp in the printed invoice it seems the order was ready 30 mins before the expected delivery. Fries were cold, one burger didn't have any topping (not even the basic), the other (a supposedly bacon cheesburger) was missing the burger -- see picture -- and the bbq and hot sauce topping. 36€ totally wasted.

Went there a few weeks ago with my mom & brother. The place looked really cool & the staff was friendly!! The food tasted very good, but I feel like the price should be lowered !! Other than that, really nice place.

It's an American burger joint, you get a delicious sloppy burger or hotdog. It has a neat theme around peanuts, the fries are great, the shakes are great.

Good burgers with deliciously crispy bacon and great fries It's certainly in another price range than other fast food places. But I think it's justified as the taste is much better and afterwards, there isn't that feeling that you just ate garbage (although it's certainly not a healthy eatery :D) What convinced me was the staff We went in with our little daughter and the person on the counter immediately asked if he should turn down the music for us. Very friendly and attentive

The five guys restaurant is a little big too hyped and overrated. In summary: average burgers, average fries. As in our group someone was allergic, we ordered without onions. Somehow it was too hard for the burger assistants to leave the onions out, having five guys cutting the onions in little pieces so you would not recognizer it while you are eating. Needed to bring our friend to the doctor.🚑 Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Check your food before eating if you ask them to leave something out❌

Good food, clean earing area and toilets but pretty expensive for a 5 Guys.

It's ok. Burger is good. Fries are good. Not great though.

A terrible dirty place, schocking disregard for ambience and style. If your dog is starving to death, the food should be ok, but do collect. The atmosphere, shop design, presentation, cleanliness really doesn't deserve one star. Avoid this place. It is a terrible cheap and inferior franchise that blemishes the Haupt Stressed in the Aldstadt which is a historic beautiful place. The city should not allow the crass commercialism in our historic Aldstadt. The food is very unapertising and poorly presented on top of the filthy environment Terrible. Please go away.

Delicious food (as always), unfortunately the tap water was incredibly hot. I couldn't wash my hands without getting a second degree burn. I hope they're going to fix it.

Very rude. I had a problem paying and the man insisted my card was faulty. It wasn't. I used it in a shop just before and in a different restaurant right after. Clearly there was a problem with their machine. Instead of apologising and asking if I had another way to pay (I did), the man was really rude and acted like I'd done something wrong, so I just left. I have worked in retail; it really is the bare minimum to be polite to (calm, reasonable) customers when the problem is your store's fault.

You might come here expecting Five Guys burgers. I am sorry to disappoint you but the burgers you will be receiving here have nothing to do with the actual Five Guys food chain and honestly taste pretty bad. Very disappointing. Giving it 2 stars because the Cajun fries weren't horrible.

The Burger are pretty good. However, the staff is not particularly friendly and was very displeased with taking pictures of the burger preparation.

Always crowded with kids, the place is one busy bee for sure. No halal meat, therefore the fries were my choice and definitely Cajun fries are crazy tasty. I like the milkshake here, it is very tasty.

Really great food... Tasty and finger-licking. I have had this before but not in Heidelberg. If you like good quality fast food... This is it.

A little bit pricy but it tastes good. Very satisfied and fulfilled. Fries was fresh and well seasoned. Patties are full of flavour.

One of the worst fast food chain. I could not even take a single bite of veggie burger. Even for dine in they give you take-away bags. Cheese burger is just ok. My kids were very disappointed. Total waste of money.

We came here 2 hours before closing and couldn’t order almost anything on the menu, not even fries. The milkshake machine was broken and there was a possibility we might not get a shake we had already ordered. A burger which cost 13 € was mediocre. Out of 3 machines for refill only one was working. The floor, stairs and tables were messy, there were crumbs everywhere and we didn’t see anybody cleaning it. For us, it was a bad experience.

Clean space, friendly staff, tasty milkshakes. The portions are a little out of control.

zero cleanliness on the first floor with. I haven't seen so many flies anywhere. disgusting . the floor was sticky. hamurgers small pathetic for almost € 7. meat and ketchup only. I will not come there anymore for sure.

Best burger I have ever eaten. Loved the fries. Came before the lunch time crowd. Walked past later and it was crowded.

For a fastfood place the ambience and style is really cool. The burgers that we got were good for fastfood standards, but when compared to proper burgers or other, more local fastfood places, they were sub-par. The fries were okay, but a little soggy. The Reese's Milkshake was absolutely amazing though. Additionally, it was a shame that the place was so loud in the kitchen. I could barely understand the person at the counter and had to repeat order items multiple times.

Good meat. Bread can be enhanced. French fries very good but i suggest you to change color of glasses because it is similar those of drink (both white).

Smushed burger buns and some of the saddest hot dogs I've ever seen. Fries were good, though, and lots of them. Burger patties were nice and juicy and all toppings tasted fresh. A bit expensive, though. About the ambience: It's a very noisy place. In addition to the kitchen noises, you are blasted with (in my view) bad music constantly.

40 bucks for two burgers, two shakes and a fries to share. Yikes! Burgers were good, but bread was falling apart due to all the liquid fat and moisture spilling out of it. Chips were good but way too much salt. Shakes were awesome. Fat, salt and grease might be some peoples idea of a great feed for 20pp. But is say not again!

We sat at the restaurant. Food was packed in a paper bag, there was no tray on which we could put drinks and food to cary it to our table. Pommes was spread losely in a paper bag - we ordered a large portion and they packed it in a paper cup, but ad the cup was too small, they put the rest simply loose in a bag with all the other food. Drinks they gave only from coca cola. Burgers were wrapped in alu foil, Mc Donals offers more comfort and pays more attention to the food. Two cheeseburgers, two mini burgers for kids and 4 cola drinks 50 euro. Exoerience was not worth the 1/3 of that.

Amazing fries, with the right amount of seasoning and temperature. The burger patty was lacking salt in my opinion, but the staff were very nice and helpful, had some suggestions of their own and could answer questions you had. Didn’t have to wait long. All in all, good burger place, needs to get seasoning on point for their burgers.

Perfect quality of the burger... Drink refilling possible. The prices could be a little bit better but overall much better as any other fast food chain
