Sixt have good cars with good price good but this branch in Leverkusen Tor1 staff is not recommended. 1-Official on counter behave unprofessional and ready to cancel booking for any small reason. 2-Other staff duty was to show me the vehicle but was sitting and playing games on phone even. 3-parking for customers are not available or atleast not for aisians. 4- Car was scratched before and later sixt send me pictures that i make the scrtached. Thanks to god i click some pics before so case got sort it out. Please Sixt take care of this branch.

Nach 30 min Wartezeit auf einer Raststätte hat es dann endlich wieder funktioniert während wir paralell mit dem Abschleppdienst in Holland telefonierten! Heute knapp 2 Wochen nach der Rückgabe des Mietwagen ist die Kaution immernoch nicht erstattet worden (300€) obwohl der Mitarbeiter von einer maximalen Dauer von 2-5 Tagen sprach. Seit Tagen versuchen wir vergeblich jemanden bei der Servicehotline zu erreichen. Nachdem man ca. 20 min in der Warteschleife gelassen wird, kommt eine Durchsage, dass es gerade zu Problemen beim Service kommt und das Telefonat wird von Sixt beendet. Ich frage mich wie eine solch Namenhafte Autovermietung einen derart mangelhaften und enttäuschenden Service bieten kann. Da hatten wir wirklich bessere Erfahrungen in irgendwelchen Auslandsdörfern und deren kleinen Autovermietungen.
