I have never been treated so nicely at a LUSH store before. The entire staff were so kind and helpful! Recommended products for my daughter and were patient with all of our questions. We really appreciated the service. Even though we live 1 1/2 hours away. I would gladly choose to shop at this location. Our visit was on Saturday, 28 January.

There products fight against animal testing which makes the brand already a winner! Love all the unique and different products available! One of the best things in the shop there are testers everywhere, so you can really smell and try the product before hand. I bought bathbombs to try out, they seem a little price to me but they smell and look amazing! The staff is amazing, they are so kind, helpful, great at explaining and giving advices! Love love love!?I hope their products are as amazing as the in shop experience

The lush products are amazing , you can find many different natural products for skin, hair...etc cares and they smells so awesome, the prices are not so expensive. But due to COVID-19 currently it’s not possible to test the products in the shop .

Nice products and helpful members of staff in the room. The cashiers are however very rude, hence one star. It is unacceptable to reply to your customers: “I only have two hands, you know”, when they ask if the discount will be applied on a product she just scanned. When I asked if the manager was in the shop, she said no. When I asked for the reclamation’s book, she said she would look up for the manager. I think this blond lady should get some training or be assigned to do something that does not require her to communicate with customers, because she clearly cannot! Not sure I will visit this shop again..

Very lovely store with helpfully staff. They sell you nice products often without plastic packaging. I can recommend the shampoos and soaps.

It smells amazing. Its Hard to stop self from entering store because of it fragrance. Lovely shop. Full of soaps. Friendly staff. They explain which products you can take for your type of Hair and skin. Its quite expensive. Better to Take small quantities to try. Great to give as a gift.

A-m-a-z-i-n-g! Even if you are not a fan of bathing, you need to visit the shop!😍 The cosmetics and bath accessories are awesome, natural, I would buy their products even if I had no bathroom in general😅😅😅❤❤❤❤ But more important is the approach to the customers. I am in LOVE with every shop assistant in the Lush!🙃😍 Friendly, smiling, ready to explain everything, ready to laugh and think with you regarding the most suitable and soul-healing present! Just run and buy❤😍

For some reason there was only one person working the whole shop! Poor girl was doing her best. Long wait to pay.

I’ve been to many Lush’s around Europe as I travel for work and this location has to be one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I was ignored for 10 mins before anyone even greeted me or asked me if I needed help, which I did as everything is in German and I wasn’t sure if the bar I was getting. Would not recommend getting lush ever in Germany. Worst experience ever. Finally I had to yell that I needed help and the lady looked confused like she had no idea I was in the store to but something

Recently shopped here for the first time and within 2 days of using a few of the lotions and some other beauty products I’ve developed a horrible allergic reaction, 2 of my kids are currently out of school due to allergic discomfort from sharing these with me. We don’t know the cause of the reaction and we don’t have allergies to anything. It seems as if some of the ingredients may have been mixed or misused. My last time buying anything here and I’ve thrown about $140 worth of goods away.

The place for many environmentally friendly products including excellent hair shampoo bars. You can get gifts wrapped in scarves here. I wish they'd switch from plastic bottles tho

A girl attended me and was really nice. She knew so much about the products, what they are made of and what's best for your skin type. She could perfectly speak English and she was really helpful. Moreover lush as a brand itself is really good, as it is environmentally friendly, made with natural and vegetal products. The brand does not exploit people in cheaper countries to produce their products.

Products are amazing but my friend and I got the worst customer service ever from a girl with glasses and brown hair… when we wanted to purchase something and smell the product it was apparently “not her problem” that we couldn’t remove the mask for a second to do so (we understand that there are corona regulations and we are happy to follow them… it would have been nice if she had worded it in a more customer friendly manner). We will purchase in another store thank you very much…. So long to ride people
