When it became clear that there was nothing suitable for me, some bras fit perfectly and were “so great”. At the end I was pressured to take some items and at the same time accused that I didn't want to buy anything anyway... Unpleasant across the board.

The saleswoman absolutely doesn't respond to your wishes, pressures you to try on things you don't need, comes into the locker room without being asked. The exchange was commented on with a “they could have been careful”. 3 days later I noticed that the red bra was much smaller than the white one I tried on. I had to prove this to two salespeople in the store. One of them proved me right! The other one, however, tugged at the bra until the lace tore. Unfortunately, I didn't get my money back, only the same bra that was too small (not broken). I also had to listen to her noting me in the system because this was my second exchange in a short time. And that you have to pay to repair the broken bra if it's not due to the material Absolute impudence!

Unfortunately very bad advice. After buying the bra, which supposedly "fits perfectly", but was obviously far too small, the extensive advice obviously didn't matter. You don't get any money back, just a voucher. Whether I find something suitable or not is of course a question. “Fits perfectly” seems to be the standard saying for selling anything, because absolutely every bra was “perfect”. Really disappointing.

I have rarely been treated so unkindly and incompetently. I think that the temporary staff should first undergo professional training in how to deal with customers - especially communication - before they are let loose on customers. I've shopped here several times in the past and never had any problems. But after my last experience, I will not go to this store again and I will advise against it, because if you are going to pay money for a product, you should be treated with dignity. This is the minimum, but apparently this cannot be assumed for all people...

I was looking for a bra without seams and I found it. A really nice saleswoman gave me good advice on this matter (Mr. Schumann or Schumacher?!) I will definitely shop here again.

I was given perfect advice and found what I was looking for! An extremely friendly and pleasant saleswoman greeted me in the store. Unfortunately, you rarely experience it in this form and that is one of the reasons why I give this good rating. I can absolutely recommend Ms. Katzenbach. She served me and all other customers extremely friendly and competently. It was clear that she really enjoys her work and dealing with people. Very open and empathetic. I felt very comfortable and would definitely shop here again. The shop was also very tidy and inviting. A company can only wish for such highly motivated employees!
