Bin dann am Donnerstagabend meine ersten 7 km mit diesen Schuhen gelaufen und habe festgestellt der Schuh ist zu klein. Beim Bergabwärts laufen, scheuerte der Schuh am rechten Zeh. Ich habe mich morgens (6:13 Uhr) hingesetzt eine email geschrieben und mein Problem geschildert. Ich bekam zeitnah (6.38 Uhr) eine Rückmeldung das ich vorbeikommen kann und den Schuh auf die passende Größe umtauschen, das ist doch kein Problem. Das ist das tolle daran das man den Fachhandel unterstützt und dort Beratung und diesen Service in Anspruch nehmen kann. Also ich kann nur den Daumen 👍 hoch machen und diesen tollen Laden weiterempfehlen.
