I ordered a bassinet for my baby girl from them, the first time, the box was completely damaged and semi-opened. I called them, at first the representative wanted me to order it myself all over again, when I reminded her that I got it for a cheaper price than what is stated online she decided to order it for me. The post came and picked it up, and I received the second one, however the second one came damaged, it was actually broken on the side. When we called them, the representative seemed bothered with our request, and said it will send someone to pick it up along with send a new one. However, I still haven't received an e-mail about a new one being sent or anyone picking it up. I tried calling them, they had an english speaker the last couple of times I called, this time a woman was rudely saying they have no english speakers. If I knew this would be the case, I would have never ordered from them. At this point, I just want them to take the damaged item back and refund me my money. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Unfortunately I have to edit my review given that Babywalz keeps on disappointing me. So after the whole bassinet shenanigan, we finally receive the bassinet in not the best condition but I was over it. However, they do not inform us that they have refunded the bassinet and that we should pay for it again UNTIL they send a notice that we were late with the payment. So then when we contacted customer service. The wonderful rude woman on the line proceeded to ask us if we know how the credit card system works. I have never in my entire life encountered a more rude and unprofessional customer service. I proceeded to contact them and they reply with an automated apology reply. You are unprofessional, you are thieves and I will never purchase anything ever again from you or even encourage the expat mommies to purchase anything from such a horrendous store.

Bitter experience on this shop. Sales people don't know how to treat the customers. Never ever go to this shop again.

I really like this store for buying baby stuff. Everything you need, clothes, pacifiers, baby carriages, beds, even mother clothing! Everything you need, with variety of prices and kind sellers.

Friendly staff, good quality, but extremely pricey

I visited the place yesterday to gather information about baby items. The staff, particularly the women working there, are truly outstanding. They attentively listened to my requirements, offered a tailored tour, and showcased choices that perfectly matched what I was looking for. They were incredibly courteous and professional. Upon requesting water, they promptly brought it to me. They even suggested I take a seat on a sofa while they presented the options. Surprisingly, there was no pressure to make a purchase. They provided printed details of all the items along with their prices, allowing me to take my time to consider. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic.

Thoughtful service and reliable goods but two advices: 1. Have more practice on tax refund calculation; 2. Be patient with foreign customers at specific situation.
