The most terrible experience visiting this shop: you just can't enter it because you MUST have whoever-knows-what-buerocracy-number from German government. I work absolutely legally and had an employment contract with me, but I couldn't get an entrance card. So you just come from another part of the city with a child to the shop you can't enter. Now I am nowhere in the city with a child with nothing. Keep going this way Metro! Just think about it: a shop that doesn't let a customer in!!!

Huge parking place, very helpful staff and a wide assortment for professionals. A nice breakfast can be enjoyed in the cafeteria upstairs. The renovation (June 2018) made the spaces more agreable.

Truthfully I was pretty disappointed, too expensive and pretty unorganized store. Many other stores are more affordable. But they do have "Beyond Meat", just for that I am giving them 3 stars.

It’s now open to non-customers so you don’t need a membership card until end of Jan .. but due to the lock down end of Dec until maybe 10th Jan you only can buy food products only and nothing else if you aren’t a card member holder. It has a lot of variety and options you hardly can find all together in one place. But the majority is in a large packages as it’s mainly for companies and restaurants not for individual consumer .. for example you can find a package of rice of 25 Kg so for large families shopping this is amazing.. it also has of course a large parking area in front of the entrance which might be crowded with traffic but you will find a place to park at the end. Now for customers who don’t have a membership card you ask the reception by the enter ace for a barcode paper to use it to enter and shop. You will need to provide this code to the cashier so don’t let it be in the bottom of your shopping cart as it should be the first to give to the cashier 😂 Happy Shopping 🛒

I have been working here since 5 years and it has a great campus. Specially the canteen serves really nice dishes and they also have vegetarian dish daily.

Metro anchor store next to the headquarter. Looks nice, new concepts, good layout and service. Targeted towards wholesalers, restaurants and small 24/7 shops.

Its really well organised and well maintained. Located in really nice area. It takes around 3 hours to look around the complete store. Entry is limited :). Good place to find some deals during festivals. Enjoy shopping. 👍
