After a long Corona break, I was in practice today on November 5th, 2020. I received excellent care for 30 months. But today I came across the wrong employee. The unfriendly and dismissive tone made me feel like a malingerer in the Bundeswehr hospital in Afghanistan trying to get a flight home. Next time I will find out who is treating me in advance to avoid such sad moments.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Praxis Schaden. We tried to contact by phone for several days but without any success. Frustrated by the countless unsuccessful call attempts, we finally decided to establish a connection via email. In our first email we explained the exact reason for our contact and mentioned that we had received a referral from our GP who referred us to the Schaden practice. The reply email from the practice said that they would be happy to make an appointment with us. They asked for additional documentation such as a doctor's referral, laboratory values, a medication schedule, and additional information. As soon as you have received all the documents in full, you should contact us by phone to make an appointment. After we painstakingly compiled all of these documents and sent them to the practice, over a week went by without us hearing from them. Our repeated attempts to call were once again in vain. Angry and concerned about the delay, we sent another email asking for updates on the status regarding an appointment. The practice then explained that it was suddenly not responsible for us and that we would have to look for another practice instead (without any further explanations or information). Understandably, we were taken aback and asked via email which doctor would be responsible for us instead. The response we received was once again unhelpful. We were simply told that a nutritionist would be responsible for us, with no further explanation or information to help us find that specialist. The entire experience with Practice Damage was frustrating and disappointing. Not only did we feel inadequately looked after, but we also felt left alone in a time of uncertainty and worry. The lack of communication, the unclear responsibilities and the lack of support have significantly undermined our trust in this practice. We will definitely look for another practice and have now lost valuable time.

I've been there for almost 3 years now, after an appointment in the summer that didn't work out, it happened again today. However, due to another incident: My medical mask was criticized, FSP2 masks were mandatory here, but since I had always come with a medical mask, this was new for me. Fact: I was rejected. The pharmacy downstairs was closed at the moment, so I couldn't even buy one in a hurry, so I went back and booked a follow-up appointment with another doctor. It's a shame because Dr. Damage is a capable doctor.
