!!!VORSICHT!!! Wir können von dem Kauf des Elektrogrill Q1400 nur absolut abraten. Das Heizelement ist bereits nach kurzer Zeit defekt. Die versprochene Garantie von 5 Jahren schließt das Heizelement aus (hier besteht nämlich nur eine Garantie von 2 Jahren). Man hat ja die Möglichkeit für 99€ ein neues Heizelement zu kaufen. Das wäre dann 1/3 vom Gesamtpreis. Laut diverser Kundenbewertungen ist dies wohl ein bekanntes Problem des Q1400. Daher frage ich mich wer dieses Risiko eingeht und knapp 100€ für ein Teil zahlt, welches nach Garantie dann erneut kaputt geht?! Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nur mit der Angaben der zeitlichen Garantie der einzelnen Teile geantwortet. Vielen Dank für gar nichts ! Wir werden zukünftig definitiv einen großen Bogen um die Marke „Weber“ machen und sind entsetzt wie dieses Unternehmen ihre Kunden an der Nase herumführt.
