コロナで患者が急増して予約しても2時間待ちが当たり前の状況だったので別の病院を受診してましたが、コロナの検査が必要だった為久しぶりに受診。 少し改善されてました。まず、入口でコロナの検査をしました。その時にインフルエンザも流行ってるからと一緒に検査してくれました。検査中に他の方が受付も済ませて下さって、それだけで時間短縮になり助かりました。以前は受付〜検査まで30分は待ちました。 ですが、風邪などの症状があっても皆さん同じ待合室なのは変わらず。検査結果で呼ばれた方がのれんで区切られただけの同じフロアの場所(感染者専用と紙に書かれてました)に移動されていたので､､､それだけで察しますよね。他の病院だと熱があれば個室だったり車内で全て済んだりするのでそこは改善が必要なのかな？と思いました。 あと、呼び出しが受付番号ではなくて診察券番号なので自分が何番目なのか分からないです。なので待ち時間が余計長く感じます。番号も表示のみなので見えない場所に座ると見逃さないように注意するのが地味に疲れます。 駐車場も20台程ありますが、ほぼ埋まってます。基本第二に停めるつもりで行きますが、今回は15分待ちました。駐車場は大通りの反対側なのでお子さんが歩けない場合、抱っこして信号待ちして､､雨の日は特に行きたくないです(笑)早めに行かれる事をお勧めします。 あと、これは余談ですが病院内の時計が1つは20分遅くて1つは止まってました…病院の方、気づかないものでしょうか？笑 結果的に今回は予約時間から全て終わるまで1時間半程でした。通常受診は今後も控えますが、希望すれば必ずコロナの検査をして下さるので(他の病院はしてくれない所がほとんど)それ目的で来院するならありかなと思います。

こういう場合は電話で予約してください、とホームページにあるから電話したら一切電話出ない。私もしつこいが、５分間コール音鳴らしても出なかった。電話出ないのに、ホームページは電話しろって、どうしたら良いのでしょうか。以前受診した時も受付も看護師も冷たいし、ドクターもミスがあって処方薬がすぐ受け取れず、また診察室に戻される。こっちはちゃんと書類書いてるのに、なんでそんなことが起こる？見もしない書類なら書かせるな！時間も資源も無駄！！予約しても全然予約の意味もない。ドクターも含め、他人の貴重な時間を奪ってるってことを分かっていないスタッフが多すぎる。

お盆休み期間中コロナを発症してしまい、どこの病院にも電話が繋がらず大変な思いをしました。 が、丸岡内科小児科クリニックさんはネット予約ができ、2日後ではありましたがなんとか予約が取れ命拾いしました。 コロナ対策も万全な病院でした。 お盆休み中いちどもお休みされてない中、院長先生はとても優しく説明も丁寧で、すごく安心し信頼が出来ました。 あれだけ多くの患者さんを診察して……先生が倒れてしまわないか心配になるくらいです。 看護師さん、駐車場の整備をされてる男性の方々、 ここの病院は、係わるスタッフの方全員の対応がとても素晴らしいものでした。 感謝しています。 ありがとうございました。

もう行かない。赤ちゃんがすごい湿疹だったので診てもらったが診察時間わずか1分程度。ひどい湿疹なのにもらったの、ロコイドとリンデロンのみ。挙句の果てに「小児科に行ってください」と。いやいや、そちらの小児科の予約いっぱいでもう枠外ですけど、、。と思いつつ、他院に行きました。結果、ひどい手足口病でした。小児科にある皮膚科にかかって手足口病診断できないってどうなんでしょうね。熱もある中わざわざ遠方から行ったのがこの結果で残念。だから、私たちは今後行きません。オススメはしません。その後すぐに地元の急患センターに問い合わせして、そこでも酷い手足口病と言われました。地元の急患センターに行った方がよかったです、、、。

初診で日曜日に発熱外来を受診したく、電話しました。日曜日に受診できる病院もなかなかありませんし、医療従事者が忙しいのも、電話応対のプロでないのも理解はしていますが、体調が悪くて受診したい、受診する前にわからないことを質問したいと思い、電話をかけたのに、相手を小馬鹿にしたような態度と、うちではこういう対応をしていますがそれを守れないなら他をあたってくれと突き放すような物言いをされ、怒りよりも悲しさを感じました。 ホームページを見るだけですべて理解できると思わないでいただきたいです。電話も録音するだけでは意味がないですよ。

他の病院があれば絶対来ない方がいい。2時間半待っても、対応が悪すぎで、喉の内科を見てほしい、痛くない風邪でもない、口を開けて喉を見せても無くて、薬が要らないと大丈夫って！こんな診察にはびっくり‼︎

いつもは小児科でお世話になっていますが、先生はとても優しく丁寧です。先日、コロナでドライブスルー診察をしていただきました。駐車場のガードマンさん、受付の方、先生方、薬剤師さん、遅い時間帯で疲れているはずなのに、皆さん本当に優しくにこやかに接してくださり感動しました。色々不安で疲れていただけに身に染みました。それで初めてこういった口コミを書かせていただきました。素晴らしい病院だと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

ここがあってよかったとホント思いました。旦那の会社の関係で、小学生の子どもが症状もないのに某空港のPCRで陽性ででて、そこでちゃんとした病院で検査を受けてくださいって言われて探しました。でも、かかりつけも結果は変わらないって、 どこも検査してくれませんでした。自宅で抗原キットを使っても陰性。 こちらでそのことを伝えたら、検査してくれてしかも陰性でした！ ちゃんと話を聞いてくれて対応してくれたのは丸岡さんだけ。

事前に電話で症状を伝え受診が出来るか相談しました。 しっかり聞き取りをしてくれて受診しても診断はつかないかもしれませんよとはっきり言われましたが私は逆にそう言われて信頼できました。 待合室で咳やくしゃみをしている人と一緒にいることは不安だったので改善して頂けたらとは思いました。
