My 6-day stay at Palm guesthouse was a very pleasant one. The single room with attached bathroom was an apt size with a really nice view. Manan is a very friendly and responsive owner who goes out of his way to make my stay comfortable. He is very flexible and helpful with your needs as an outsider. The place is a guesthouse and not a hotel; even so, Manan and his staff ensured that I got what I needed. I'd recommend this place anytime.

Palm Guest House: It simply justifies its name, as the Owner: Manan will make you feel as if you are his Guest. What I liked the most is, this guest house is out of Kohima city' hustle-bustle, but not too far from all major local sightseeing. Rooms: They are spacious and absolutely neat and clean. Upper floor rooms have great views of Sunrise. Wifi: All floors have fast wifi access. Service: Manan is just one phone call away and his wife and two more boys are always on their toes to assit you. Food: They provide food on demand from their home kitchen only. If you want they can order from nearby restaurants too. Price: I found the prices are reasonable and genuine. Much better than many other city center based hotels Manan: The owner, We found him highly helpful in planning Kohima and around trip. He can arrange all kind of stuff you need to travel in or around Kohima. My family members appreciated Manan for his welcoming and friendly nature. I highly recommend this guest house for Couples, Family or solo travelers.

From start to end, owners of this place were very helpful to me. For those who travel solo and that too to a place for the first time, good guidance is really helpful. Well maintained and clean rooms. Didn't face any issues regarding power, water, or wifi. (It might sound silly to some people but the absence of even one of these during a tour could cause unnecessary worries) It's a little bit far away from the heart of the city, but no issues at all, the local taxi stand is just a stone's throw away. One advantage of it being far from city centre is absence of noise. Sound sleep is a surety after a long day of sightseeing and touring around. The views were amazing from my room, mountains, clouds, nearby and faraway settlements, and the green forests that are worn by the mountains. They also provide food on demand which is good. Overall it was a nice experience πŸ˜ƒ

Had a wonderful stay here! It’s not located directly in the Center of town but that makes the views all the more amazing. The owner Manen was extremely nice and helpful with everything and is turning the place into an excellent guesthouse. I unfortunately ended up getting sick while in Kohima and Manen was super supportive so I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be ill in. πŸ₯²Considering Kohima is quite an expensive place the guesthouse is excellent value for money. Would definitely come again!

If you are traveling solo or in group in Kohima, The Palm Homestay is the right choice. The host Manen is very helpful and kind and takes care of everything from the important places to see and what to eat. Also the homestay is located in the most beautiful location with an amazing view of the hills, also the sunrise and the sunset can be best enjoy from the rooms. :)

Neat and clean property, amazing host and excellent food. The view from balcony was great. What more can you ask for? Our Nagaland travel experience was kind of a mixed bag, so it was nice to find them. If you are travelling to Kohima, give them a visit, you’ll be pleased.

It's a very nice guesthouse/hotel in kohima, Owner Mr Mann is a wonderful person. He helped me a lot before coming to the hotel as well as after the trip completion. It's a genius place and anyone can come and stay here particularly who's new in kohima.

As I have visited kohima many times but the behaviour as well as hospitality of the guesthouse is so fabulous by which we didn't feel like we are far from our home. Infact we feel like we are in our own home as the staffs were also so friendly and sweet as they used to take care of us and they are available to help and to give service whenever we needed. Overall we didn't willing to leave the guest house as they make us feel like we are in our own home. I wanna appreciate the afforts which all the members of the guest house have done for us is things which we have not got the hospitality from any of the other stays. The place was well maintained, clean, sweet, cute that I can't define it in my words whereas we can just feel it from our heart ❀️ I wanna thank u so much for making a memorable and a wonderful stay out kohima.. It's not enough to tell thankyou only but it's our only way to describe our words. Thank you πŸ™ Stay blessed and always be a no.1 guesthouse at kohima..❀️ We will meet u guys soon... Till that Bye πŸ‘‹πŸ»

I have to thank Mr.Manen (owner) for his hospitality. He is very cool person and friendly. And thanks for guiding me during when I travelled from place to place in Nagaland and arranged taxi when I stuck in a heavy rain. I stayed here for 15 days and I was happy that i gota room with wonderful hillside view. Every morning a cup of coffee and relishing views from the window were my pleasant and awesome moments. Staff took care of me the moment I arrived. The maintenance and services are wonderful. β›°οΈβ˜οΈπŸ€©

The homestay was nice and cosy. My room had a nice view of the mountains. The food and tea were quite good. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is a bit far from the city center. However, if you are going to the southern part of the state, it's definitely a good place to stay.

One of the best hotels in the capital kohima. We arrived very late at night but the owner was kind enough to wait for us and gave us the room. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Superb homestay in the outskirts of Kohima. We were a group of 10. The rooms are basic but very neat and perfect utilisation of space. Good stay for the budget, and good food too. Lovely location from where Kohima landscape is visible on one side and the sunrise valley on the other side. Great host who kept checking upon us constantly. Parking is tight but well managed, they also have a garage in Street where we managed our other two cars. Much much better than any of the hotels in Kohima. A peaceful stay.
