Customer service is good. But consumer interaction seemed like it depended on how a person is dressed. That is one of our naga culture if we look closely to the origin of this type of judging people. Other than that it's well build showroom products are elegant.

Very poor qualification of the staffs,therefore the service is below par (No need to apologize, but being a multinational brand/company,the staffs especially the sales executives need to have proper knowledge of the products they are selling,example they should be aware of all the different variants of a particular car and should know what facilities each variants offer or lack, they also need to brush up their communication skills and must be trained to speak fluent English and Hindi.... In terms of dealing with potential customers they are very friendly which is a plus point ,but they need to maintain a certain level or professionalism and not go overboard trying to persuade or pressure the customer,which becomes a sort of a nuisance and irritation sometimes... other than that the showroom is managed well,customers are received very welcomingly and maintains a good vibe giving us a worldclass feel,ambiance is super cool....keep it up 👍

Worst customer service. Go to Dimapur Arena if you want to buy a car you will get good customer service they are very friendly and helpful. Seyie Auto needs to train their staff in dealing with customers because they are very inexperience and some are lazy too

How do I give minus star rating for this showroom. Made them to put up a new set of central locking in my car and there was a problem. Now they can never fix it and they are sending me to go to progressive motors dimapur.

Worst experience with Seyie Auto Accessories Dept related to Basic Kit. Customer problem is not taken priority and my problem was not resolve despite numerous request. Overall Delivery experience was good enough.

If you ever visit this showroom, you get to be in another dimension. Kohima fellas would agree with me. As you walk up the Phek road from the traffic point, you would only imagine more indigent places to foresee. But keep going up and you’ll notice in a facade with brightly lit letters, “MARUTI SUZUKI ARENA”. That alone should give you enough reasons not to step away further, but to walk right in. I exaggerate the statement and understate it at the same time. Simply because, I’ve seen the city but deep inside, I’m a poor Chakhesang village bloke as well. Once I entered, I was welcomed with smiles that glimmered brighter than their cars displayed. The execs in the showroom were simply wonderful. I must say this because, I could see local professionalism at last! One that is hard to see here around in Kohima! It’s like corporate professionalism pizza with overloaded Respect with a capital R. Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t get cheesy or is not overdone, it’s just the right amount. I shouldn’t be talking about the delectable coffee they offer to customers, for it is for you to experience yourself. I should warn you though, the Managing Director, is a young and moderate handsome man whose fierce looks will be intimidating. Don’t worry, take heart, for inside that ferocious face, lies a kitten heart. Hufflepuff kind, if you know what I mean. Expect immense generosity from him. That’s all I can say. That’s all folks. You should go. It’s a must. Disneyland of Kohima until we have one yet. P.S: All these happened with me just visiting. I can imagine sitting in the MD’s chair had I bought a car. That’s just my imagination so keep off! Sigh! Pardon the terrible review! Peace.

The staffs are polite but my advice is do your homework, decide what kind of deal you prefer, know about car insurance and it's add ons to maximise your advantage, negotiate the offers before paying for the car & if you can, do register the car by yourself. If you do the following, your car purchase experience will be great.
