The name suits just right. It's a mini zoo though.. but contains almistall the animals & birds that are mainly pride of Nagaland.So I suggest one should really visit it when they come to High School.... Place worth visiting especially with kids & also adults those who love animals.😘 Hats off to the owner.

Small yet effective...it caters to the needs of children as many species of birds and animals are extinct now in Nagaland. Children can identify specific birds and animals found in different parts of the state.

If one visit kohima... This zoo is a must visit!

Variety of animals are kept here. Should not expect like a full blown zoo, but the owner tried their best to showcase as much animals as possible.

I have not been to Mini Zoo. Planning to have a visit soon.

It's a lovey place in Kohima the capital of Nagaland for animal lover. It's really a mini zoo. There are different kinds of uncommon birds and animals in this zoo. It's not sponsored by Govt. Hats off to the owner of this mini zoo. One can visit here on Saturday and Sunday only.

This Zoo is private operation zoo. Actually this not a zoo. Rescued animals and birds 🐦 they keeps and give medical treatment after some they release to forrest. But here have many verities of birds, and animals. They feed food to animals from own fund. But really very worth. Nice small setup. Can see some beautiful birds. Owl 🦉 is very wonderful. No entry ticket. Free only. Sunday and Saturday is good for visitors. Because ower son will guide you. God bless this owner and owner family.
