Useless hotel. Disgusting staff. Hopeless room service. No water in washrooms for the last 3 days. Untidy rooms and unfriendly staff members. Rather than addressing problems faced by hotel guests they simply prefer not to attend phone calls and avoid facing their hotel guests.

Stayed at one of the cramped up rooms in the hotel. Brace yourselves for water shortage problems which happen sometimes but staff was cooperative during the entire ordeal. Additional buckets of water were provided in good time. Restaurant is above average and the breakfast buffet menu helped us majorly sail through the day. The view from the restaurant balcony is a treat to watch especially at night - CITY LIGHTS!

Rooms need renovation. Landline doesn't work, TV not working. Water was available gizer was working. The views are awesome from the hotel. Staff behaviour was very nice but they have only one room service boy. Food are very nice but very much expensive. Rooms are too not value for money but as Kohima is very expensive place in comparison with other cities so for much better room we need to pay much more. Same goes for the foods in the hotel. Overall my experience in the hotel was okay. * There is a balcony in the Reception just look the views of the city at night it looks awesome.

Take my advice! Carry your luggage and move to other hotels, Not worth its price. The room price is almost 3-4 stars hotel rate and there is no facilities at all (No water in the bathroom,No TV connection etc..etc) . It's almost like a govt hospitals.

It's summer season yet they couldn't provide enough water.The water was very limited. We had to buy mineral water for washing our hands for dinner. Non of the geysers were working. Shower was of no use. There was no fan in the normal room except for the delux and super deluxe room. Plates and cups which were kept outside the door after the meals were not collected not even once in a day, and the list goes on and on. If they can change then it will be great, if not, then, won't recommend to others for staying there.

Good staff espacially the Reception Staffs very Helpful i am delighted with the service.

Costlier than other good hotels. Less facilities compared to other hotels with same rates. We usually get better facilities at cheaper rate. I am still confused why the gst has been charged. The rooms are Clean. Parking facility is appreciated.

Worst hotel to stay in Kohima, No ventilation in room as there were no windows and totally not worth the amount of Money they charge.

The hotel really need to re-evaluate their prices. It's too expensive for the room and services that they provide. Staffs are friendly. Constant leakage in the bathroom.

I got a room with no natural lights. No running water, blackouts. Commode was most awkwardly placed with no space between the wall and the commode that there is no space to place my other foot. I asked for soap, they didn't give.

Budget hotel

A budget hotel, location is good, rooms are not up to the mark, food available is ok, staff are good and courteous, limited parking available.

Well..... the rooms are quite expensive considering the aminities, but it's very close to the heart of Kohima. The staff were good and cordial. If you have to leave early in the morning, you might have to wake up the staff yourselves... Haha.

The staff were really polite and I have a wonderful time. I would stay again if I ever visited again.
