Place it's ok , toilets most of the time are clean and have soap , and the staff gets your order right 7 times out of 10

Es ist immer schwierig wegen einen schlechten Mitarbeiter den ganzen Team schlecht zu machen.. Meine 6 Jährige Tochter wollte extra Ketchup kaufen, ich habe mich im Hintergrund gestellt falls Sie Hilfe braucht ...und der Mitarbeiter hat Sie mit Absicht ignoriert. Als er dann einen anderen Kunden bedienen wollte , habe ich gefragt was das soll, dann würde der Mitarbeiter halb aggressiv.. unbelievable. Aber die anderen waren freundlich und nett .... BURGER waren war leider auch nicht gut ...bzw alles war kalt...

Völlig überfüllt! Wegen Regen konnten die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen nicht genutzt werden, die wurden auch nicht entsprechend abgetrocknet nach dem Regen. Relativ lange Wartezeit für das Essen. Personal war total überlastet.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung, eine halbe Stunde auf das essen gewartet und es stand die ganze Zeit auf dem Display dass das Essen breit zum abholen

Mitarbeiter gab das falsche Essen, laut seiner Aussage "Wenn Burger nix da, ich geben einfach anderen, mir egal". Ansonsten werden Sachen berechnet die gar nicht gekauft wurden, zum Glück rechtzeitig bemerkt.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut als wir den Burger King gesehen habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren schon nicht gerade freundlich und hatte auch ein Getränk vergessen, was leider erst im Auto aufgefallen ist. Naja halb so schlimm bis ich den Burger gesehen habe! Sowas ekliges und unverschämtes habe ich noch nie gesehen! Wär ich nicht schon auf der Autobahn wieder gewesen, hätte ich definitiv die Leute vor Ort zur Rede gestellt! Wie man schwer erkennen kann, es soll das Burger-Brötchen sein. Wie kann sowas so krass verbrannt sein?!

Ich habe nicht gedacht dass ich mal an einen Burger King gerade der so ist wie in der TV Reportage. Aber das was ich heute in diesem Burger King gesehen habe hat mir ganz schön den Appetit verdorben. Das Fleisch fällt auf dem Boden man sieht genau wie es aufgenommen wird und wird weiter verarbeitet danke aber ich bin bedient. Ich bin der Meinung bei den Preisen was die Fastfood-Ketten mittlerweile könnte man schon auch ein bisschen Qualität erwarten und vor allem auch freundlichen Service.

Ja es mag nur ein BK sein. Und alle mögen gleich sein. Doch es gibt auch feine Unterschiede. Hier ist es der Service, man wurde freundlich begrüßt und es schnell und frisch zubereitet trotz der Uhrzeit. Dazu noch bei passendem Wetter kann ich den Außenbereich empfehlen, sauber und ein super Ausblick :-)

Food was late 30minutes. Cheesburgers taste like old bread. Worst ever service in long time.

Cheesy Nacho Lover Beef a little spicy but very good. Jalapeno does the job.

Not enough staff caused unnecessary and inconvenient waiting time when we just wanted a quick stop during traveling. However, tasty food, complete order and friendly staff. Cleanliness ok (bearing in mind, there wasn’t enough staff to actually clean up frequently)

Burger King in Bad Hersfeld is as same as all other Burger King's restaurants around. The food is very bad, with out any flavor for me, but my kids like it so we are there ones in a month. Service is fine, fast enough no need to wait a lot but atmosphere is very boring and down

They had some nice, comfortable chairs. Most were typical, but a handful were padded and relaxing. I should have taken a picture. Clean facility. It's located near an Esso!

Very unfriendly! "You have to order at the panel!" First of all, the operation is very annoying, not listing all menues. Second, especially after Corona, I find it very unhygenic touching that display, I wonder how often they clean them.

Terrifyingly bad customer experience. I needed help with the self service counter As the scanner didn't work. The guy at the food counter and also manager told me he had no time to help me and simply walked off. When called after, he ignored me until another guy who barely spike German came and said that the guy was the boss, alone, and busy and if I couldn't order at the machine, I can leave. One thing is to explain, another to walk off and simply ignore the customer. I wish we didn't order the kids meal or else we would have left. Never again and shame on Burgerking not to properly train it's staff. Also, the place is spreading false information claiming the food is prepared freshly... Some hamburgers were lying in the heated shelve awaiting new customers... It'll be a long time before I spend money at this franchise again! And never again here...

In general all good but I think one of the machines wasn't working.

Very friendly service. The burgers are just like in USA. Tastes great just like home. Today was a lot of business so, didn't have enough cheese with fries and burger was smashed on one side

Guaranteed to get your order wrong. I was once told they don't and never have had mustard that comes on every cheeseburger. Be sure to check your order before you bite into a burger that could possibly have something that you are allergic to like mayonnaise. Also check the bag to see if you got what you ordered.

Veggie delight is a vegetarian's delight. Tasty. Much better than what they offer at McDonald's.

Very changeable, more times is paid eating missing specially if is drive in full and I control not bag. Some worker are very nice, so e are very rude. More time onion rings are very brown and hard.

1 because I can’t do less. Worst Burger King experience I ever had. Self order payment not working, they didn’t call for me to pay. Waited almost 30 minutes then I go to desk to ask and they didn’t know about my order. Had to pay then wait again 15 minutes. Cold fries, and they forgot my drink, and didn’t do anything for me to forgive them. Door handles were sticky, tables greasy. Hopefully it’s far away from my place, but next time I’m coming near, I’ll not go there.
