I basically got hot cream. I couldn't even taste the coffee. I didn't realize it until I got home & I didn't want to go back & get a remake. I posted a picture but the picture makes it look darker than it actually was. Very disappointing. Service was also slow. But 3 stars because they were friendly & reasonably priced.

The food is great and I LOVE the Diet Coke here! The only reason I gave them a 4 is because The food is a little pricey and they have a habit of mixing up drink delivery orders when it’s more than a couple. But the staff is always friendly and willing to fix it!

This place is a gem. The staff go above and beyond and the coffee is fantastic and they are fast. The muffins are next level. The atmosphere is more pizza parlor with the tandem pizza place and less cafe. I think with a few modest updates this place could be a killer coffee and pizza joint.

They still make some mistakes because of cross contamination for allergies,but they do fix it and put notes in and discuss with staff, I am still happy with their service.

Awesome area to chill while you wait for your pizza! I was there for pizza junkiez not coffee. Very exciting topping choices. Great customer service.

My sub had hardly any meat and hardly any sauce on it. It was mainly bread. The breadsticks were burnt on the end. And I waited for 2530 minutes for food when there was nobody ahead of me.

Looove this place! I work across the street and get coffee here alot!! They ladies are wonderful! Great attitudes and very fast!!

I LOVE the coffee Junkiez on Sycamore!! Their staff is great and drinks are even better. Not a huge fan of the one on Washington. Their tea isn’t near as sweet or fresh as the one on Sycamore and they don’t make my iced caramel coffee as good either. The staff on Sycamore know who I am and always ask how I’m doing.

We're always looking for the gallon banana punch and they're there to please. They made some up for Thanksgiving. Thank you thank you thank you!

Too much onion and not enough cheese on the pizza, but service was super fast and friendly.

I always get a white lightning from here. Sometimes it's made right Sometimes its not but the staff is friendly and they're fast.

What had ha to your welcome. If a we give you a Thank you a welcome should be next not sure or yep. Some people work outside and coming through your drive thru after work to get that latte not run into a negative person , You ca. Make someone else day with a simple thank you. $5.08 is an OUTRAGEOUS price for a 16 oz chai latte. It's powdered chai mix, hot water, and some steamed milk. Starbucks is cheaper, and they use a real chai tea concentrate that isn't loaded with sugar. This town must really be starved for a decent coffee place, if they settle for this straight robbery.

Easily my favorite coffee place in town. I go almost daily. Their mixed drinks are a little inconsistent, but not to the point I'd complain about it.

Morning served with attitude again! Patrons be aware of an intercom in the back of the building if you are visiting in the dark hours! It been a minute from my last visit but the attitude remains systemic at this place. I am the Only person at the place at 7am. Missed the speaker the must have placed on the back of the building (due to the dark.) Boy was I reprimanded! Very snarky comment that “there’s a “speaker” in the back!” I’m so sorry …didn’t see it. Is it lit up yet because I hadn’t seen one? “There’s a light out back!! And two signs that let you know! “ She literally sneered, yea, sneered! “ have a good day she handed me my tea” Wt#%?! The barbecue chicken pizza was delicious! Crispy hand tossed crust and plenty of toppings!

Iced coffee drinks need to be iced, prior to giving to the customer and its still either hot or very warm from half way down the cup to the bottom... unsat !

Every time my boyfriend and I go to Kokomo to see his family, we stop by this location on our way back to Indy. I always make a joke that no matter what I order it will just taste like hot almond milk or vanilla. Tonight and the previous time, I ordered a hot chocolate but wanted it made with almond milk instead of regular milk because I have a dairy intolerance. Both times they have given me just a hot cup of almond milk, zero chocolate. Tonight it was barely warm, if it wasn’t 10:00 pm I would have gone back to ask for a remake. It’s the most ridiculous situation. I wanted a beverage so I decided to go ahead and drink it. However, why would I pay for a hot cup of almond milk? If the chocolate sauce they use has dairy, tell me and I’ll order something else, don’t just hand me hot milk.

I don’t know what has happened with their drive through service. They used to be awesome. Their food is great, but they are slow, just to get one drink in the drive through. I’m very disappointed in change in service.

If you like Great Coffee and truly a good customer service then I suggest this place. Everytime I come, I'm greeted nicely and talked to like a person.

We love the cokes, lemon shakeup, and Arnold Palmers with extra ice. The lemon muffins are to die for. My parents swear the Ricky Bobby is the BEST pizza. I like to get hot chocolate with marshmallow fluff and tell them it's for a kid so it's ready to drink right away👀

Orders are getting progressively worse, with esch return visit. I have yet to get my food as I ordered it. Today was a perfect example. I ordered a nacho supreme and they didn't put any nacho cheese on it, so I was basically given chips and salsa.. then they hung up as they were saying they would give me an order credit...HOW??? you just hung up, without asking for my information!!
