    Ordered a slim 4 ... allergic to tomatoes and got it home fully loaded. Called and they refused to anything about it. Called back and the manager ended up hanging up on me when I said I wasn’t going to pay for a delivery fee for their mistake.

    Another Jimmy John's with consistency in excellent service and delicious Gourmet Subs. No matter where you go you'll find Jimmy John's and it will be your favorite place to dine at !!!

    Our order included a lettuce wrap with turkey but this time the shredded lettuce outnumbered the turkey five to one. The other sandwich was the ranch chicken. I could tell that the chicken came from a can and the sandwich would have been better with whole pieces of chicken breast. Like everything else, this restaurant is getting more expensive. Two sandwiches with a kickin ranch and a drink were $ 24.50. The service was as good as usual and the employees are still friendly. 50

    I ordered my lunch at 12:17, the website says delivered by 12:47, it is now 1:30 and I have yet to receive my food. When I called the store the lady didn’t even apologize just basically said we’re busy get over it. She said “he should be there literally any minute”. Sucks you have to tip when placing the order or I wouldn’t have left such a generous tip. Is this light Dijon??

    Excellent customer service! Called to see if they had any day old bread,and they did. I said I will take 6 loaves and will be in in a few minutes. Went in cashier had it all ready to go. Super super nice guy. Thank you Jimmy Johns for your outstanding customer service.

    We tried to order on the app and figured out right away that it might be better to order inside to go. There was an issue where when trying to order the new Tuscan Italian wrap it was trying to double charge another $10.50 wrap. I'm glad we questioned and ordered inside. The gentleman in Kokomo advised there is a glitch when ordering the Tuscan Italian wrap, hoping it's fixed soon. Great, friendly staff there at the US 31 location!

    Service here is fantastic. We ordered through Doordash a couple of days ago, and they called us less than ten minutes later to apologize that they didn’t have any drivers to deliver our food. We went in to pick it up, and they refunded the whole order for us right then and there. I didn’t even ask, I was fully okay with still paying for it since we still got the food, but they gave us our sandwiches for free. The sandwiches were also delicious, their #10 is my ride or die HAHA! Fully plan to return. Love Jimmy John’s food, and the service at this particular location is just stellar. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

    I ordered 30 minutes before my lunch break for delivery. After 45 minutes went by I called to check on the status. I was told the delivery driver was out and should be to me shortly. Another 15 minutes went by so I called to check again. This time I was told they only had one driver and they were swamped. I asked why I was not told this the first time I called instead I was told me food was on the way. I was told that next time I should just make other plans. I asked to speak to the manager instead of apologizing he agreed with the employee telling me that I should make other plans next time. It’s not been an hour and 15 minutes since I ordered my food and it is still not here. My lunch break is now over. I paid for a sandwich I never received or got to eat for my lunch. Worst service I have ever had. I will never be ordering or visiting a jimmy John’s again.
