They should serve chai too for breakfast, which they do not. Surprisingly! But the misal is good. Also, do not expect it to be explosively kolhapuri spicy , because it isn't spicy. Just a different take on Kolhapuri misal. Don't miss it.

Whenever we heard a word Misal pav, the first name comes to our mind i.e Kolhapur and whenever you are in Kolhapur then none other than this unique and tasty food joint called Fadtare Misal is ready to serve you the most delicious, tasty Misal Pav in Kolhapur. It is located in Udyam Nagar, a small industrial area. The food joint is a bit small, only 20 to 30 people can sit at a time. 4 to 5 people on one tabl. There is always a rush due to its popularity and you have to you give your name and number of people to their person if there is waiting. The timings are from 9 in the morning till 2 in the afternoon. Its not open in the evening or night. Monday is a closing day. As its usual in Kolhapur the bread is not like what we have for Pav Bhaji in other parts of Maharashtra but it there it is slice bread. Th taste of misal is actually difficult to describe in words, you must eat it to get it. It's not at all spicy even my kids also enjoyed. If you want very spicy you can order accordingly. Along with the misal you can get solkadi, cur, which is also a good combination. They also serve the Slice breads extra and the tikhat i.e liquid portion of misal in unlimited quantit. Do enjoy this unique tasty misal at a joint which is running since last 25 years and catering to the various Misal Pav lovers across Maharashtra. The rates are also reasonable, 60 rupees per plat. When we say Kolhapur, Misal comes in our mind and one of the most Famous Misal is P. FHADTARE ( पी. फडतरे मिसळ ) the taste is still the same as it was before, and the way the serve and the staff behavior is just wow.

Food is good👍👍 Service is better. But atmosphere isn't good. Hotel is surrounded by industrial area.

Taste wise below expectation. I found the Bawada misal taste far better than this. Later we got the same views from the localized people.

visiting this place for the past 15 years. Misal here is amazing, true kolhapuri taste...not very spicy, kids can also enjoy the misal....The owner Mr. Prashant is very humble & makes sure that each customer is satisfied. Recently they have renovated the outlet and it's a must visit now.

Visited this place on a weekday in the morning. The Misal is good but not the best. Every Misal center has its own taste and way of serving but in my opinion this place was quite good sometime back and now they are slightly off the best version of themselves. They need to improve on the taste of tarri. It just tastes like oil and red chilli, needs some flavour to it. Service is good. The place is clean and looks hygienic. They also serve Solkadhi.
