I am a big fan of mutton and pandhra and Tambda Rassa from Kolhapur and Hotel Parakh is our destination for Mutton Thali. We were in lookout for a change of place as we frequent to Kolhapur more often. One of my friend from Kolhapur suggested me to try Hotel Woodys at Kolhapur. I reached there and tried Nalli Chaap Masala and Mutton Fry Thali and Mutton Special Thali. Along with Thali you get served unlimited Tambda rassa and Pandhara rassa which is really upto the mark and wins your heart. The service is quick. Food Quality is really very nice. The rates are really very competitive compared to other restaurants nearby. It’s really a value for money. Definitely a must try whenever you are at Kolhapur.

This place was recommended to us by a friend and we can't thank him enough. The place is a bit small and the ambience is okay, but the scrumptious food makes up for it. Even on a weekday, the place was busy during lynch hours. Inspite of that service was quick and staff suggested and explained their specials without rushing. Nalli chap masala and mutton liver fry were absolutely finger licking good. Their pandhara-rassa was the best we've ever tasted, with perfectly balanced flavours, we just couldn't stop having it and had to order it again. Gavran mutton with bhakri was good too but we were absolutely full by then. We still thought of trying amrakhand for desert and didn't regret it one bit. A must try place to satisfy your pallet for spicy, Kolhapur food.

This review is only about restaurant of this hotel. Restaurant is at basement of this hotel. Kolhapuri mutton thalis are famous here with awesome tambada pandhra rassa.Bhakari option is nice . I particularly liked their friendly staff and owner,who gave very personal touch to our experience at this eatary.

I am vastly differ from the comments mentioned here that this is not good for family visit..i was sheerly astonished by the familes waiting for their turn on Sunday night. Good Kolhapuri food with exceptional attentive service.

Came here on a weekday after reading many reviews. Tried their premium most thali and was not disappointed. One of the best rasas of Kolhapur beyong doubt. Even the curries accompanying were delicious. Not much of an ambience but this place exists for it's exsquite taste. Mouth watering just looking back and thinking about the menu.
