I visited this place for a getting food parcel to home. I had to go here because the best place of akkha masoor MK Dhaba is way too far from here. I thought let me try here, as my hometown Kolhapur is heaven of food connoisseurs generally anywhere you go, you get everything the best here. Unfortunately, this place failed to satisfy us. In the name of special akkha masoor they are only giving big name but no different than home made masoor. Now you may not be able to exactly understand why I am criticizing this place, you will realize it only when you will try the original akkha masoor at MK Dhaba on NH4.

I always have a mixed experience. The food was delicious, just like last time we visited, but I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes given the price. The service was average, and there's definitely room for improvement. The atmosphere was uncomfortably hot, and I hope they can address this issue.

Masoor Khushka rice that i had for d first time .. The roti .. Everythig is yumm.. The thecha given here has a different blend of spices.. too yummy

Famous veg hotel for Special Maharashtrian dish "Akkha Masur". Food quality is ok but seating arrangement is very congested and staff is not friendly at all. The hotel is always busy and you have to wait for at least half an hour unless you reserve it in advance.

Very good authentic local speciality. Akkha masoor . They serve akkha masur with roti. Very limited menu. Solkadhi is very tasty. Quite reasonable place. Sitting is like mess or Dhaba. Must try during kolhapur visit. It's pure veg restaurant. Food is not very spicy. Kids can eat it or can add curd in it to make it mild.
