Resort is spacious but not well maintained only wedding and party are organised in resort. Restaurant is unhygienic and unattractive. Rooms are so dirty and poor. Staffs behaviour are polite but the owner needs to work on resort for family.

Just another hotel scam. We got tourist price for the room, no hot shower, poor breakfast, room in bad condition and finally they asked more money than written on the menu with the classic "old menu"...

I've been travelling the whole of India and Nepal for last 8 years of my life and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. I had to since my fiancé who, at the time, was travelling with me was tired after riding on motorcycle for whole 2 days. Anyway rooms damages were not repaired, rooms were uncleaned, smelly, bathroom was smelly, pot was not clean, dust everywhere, even linen was unwashed, hard and unclean pillows. And on the top of that, they didn't give the room keys and the man managing the property was a creep. I got rashes by sleeping on the bed. Not one thing was right. If you stay here it's gonna be the worst night of your life. Save yourself and please stay in Nepal, Gorakhpur, or, Basti even if you have to drive an extra hour.

Recently I have attended a party there. It was so good to we there. Everything is soo good. Also the parking area to big. You can parking your vahicle hustle free

Unfriendly and hostile. You pay for AC room, however AC is switched off during day time. Very hostile behavior: taporees. Avoid at all cost. Better options at Nautanwa/Sonauli or Anand nagar.

One of the best place to spend some quality time with family, friends and like minded people. I found it very spacious for any function upto head count of 5000. Rooms are very clean and each room has proper ventilation. This place is at perfect location as it is right in front of national highways. Staff and management is very helpful. So I would recommend to have a visit to this place and get one of the best experience of royalty.
