My wife delivered my first baby in this hospital.... The experience was worst and scary.... The consulting main doctor was not available and the staff were casually saying that she went for some conference for 3 days and will not be available.....and the junior doctor attended the labour which ended up with many complications.... During labour...labour room nurse behaved so rudely and spoke very badly to my wife..... And she has got mental depression with the behavior of this nurse(who was also a church sister )..... Please never choose this hospital for your pregnancy...this is a worst hospital guys... So be aware

02 Jan 2023; Visited the place for consultation on 22 dec 22. There is no update on doctor availability. The counter updates at 10.15 am for Doctor Bibin Jose was doctor used to be available from 9.45 am. It is an old hospital still follow the old concepts like:- 1) Remove the shoes to enter the consultation room .2) bystanders has to sit back seat of the patient. 3) No card payments. Only cash and UPI. They have suffice parking opp to the hospital. I consulted Dr Bibin Jose post watching his vedios in Youtube. It is not as i see in Youtube and It is completely money minded. (All the glitters are not Gold) Reason :- Actually face to face consultation was not required as the allergy test proposed over online consultation was outside the hospital, A totally diff entity - Healthwave Diagnostics &Lab (HDL). End up paying consultation fees @ hospital additionally even though the online consultation was very much valid. He could have advise to do the test directly while the online consultation time. @ the outside lab he has a lady rep and she collected the test charge 5000/- via G pay without bill 😕.(Dr Bibin Jose also told the charges is 5000/-but expected a bill for the service) Post the test, we met the Dr with test result and he gave one mob number to contact for medicine. And it will get courier from Mumbai. (God only knows what kind of medicine it will be... Contacted the number on 26 dec and till 01 Jan 23 there is no update) Before leaving the consulting room Dr again suggested for an injection for flu which costs 1800/-.. We decided not to proceed with flu vaccine and Mumbai Medicine as found it is only a marketing campaign. 04 Jan 23; 1] Dr Bibin Jose's assistant has sent the soft copy of the bill and advised he will not push to go for the treatment or medicine. 2] Subsequently had a discussion with the given contact, and he spend 1:20 hrs time over mob and patiently listen the issues, history and symptoms faced and advised the next steps. The conversation was comfortable and fruitful. Some point of time we felt he is a doctor but clarified and he is not. He also explained in detail about the remedy - it is not a medicine and not available in any pharmacy, who is approved and who is the manufacturer etc. Thanks to him. Update on 12 Mar 2023 It is diagnosed as (On 12 Jan 2023 by a doctor @ Banglore ) vitamine b12 and vitamine D deficiency caused the sudden food allergy and taken the treatment for vitamine deficiency. We are not facing such food allergy for the last 2 months.

Hospital located on road beside the church & its a Christians trust hospital. Staff at reception behaves very rude towards pts in unrespectful way especially females. Watchman,emergency services are helpful here. Restroom avlble but not maintained well. Parking management satisfactory. Affordable fee in op section.

I think the best hospital in the bathery were assumption. The doctors behaviour were very nice. The hospital were near to assumption church. There were a small parking area tooo...... there are so many facilities in the hospital. Although i love the assumption hospital😍😍

I was admitted here after a motorcycle accident . The stitches put on my bruises were so bad and the dressing was so poor .I continued my treatment further at Pariyaram Medical college . The doctors at Pariyaram mentioned that the way of stitching done was so bad and they even found debris of my tooth inside my wounds . Kindly visit any other good hospital

Situated in the heart of the city, Assumption Hospital is one of the oldest hospitals in Sulthan Bathery. Still one among the best in providing proper care. The building and facilities are not up to the mark. But you will find good atmosphere, caring docters and staff. Overall anpleasent experience.

I asked Sathish kumar doctor about my mother treatment and he is not responding properly......I am in Dubai and my brother is not educated that's why I called the doctor but the way he talked is not in a proper manner and he scolded me for calling him.....

Careful to claim delivery through insurance in this oh hospital never take you hospital becouse the service there is very bad staff attitude is very bad ... so dont choose this hospital in case insurance service

Nursing care is very poor..they won't come to patients room unless you go and call them.If u want a good nursing service go to other hospitals .

Worst hospital... I went to see the doctor for my acidity problem.and i paid consulting fees for that. I explained everything. While checking he said i have cough, which i dont mention to him. Cough is normal. He referred me to other doctor which i really i dont want. With respect to him, i went to the 2nd doctor.after checking he suggest me some test which i am not interested. And also he gave a notice regarding his personalized treatment method. Why he do choose his marketing method in the hospital... I dont know.. I said no to the test.. And they said ok for that. So that test is not an urgent one and it cost around 600 rs.. They charged me consulting fees 2 times.. The 2nd doctor is not my choice.. With the reference of 1st doctor i went to the 2nd one.. Why i need to pay for that. When my father enquired about this we got a rude and bad reply from the management. This is my second bad experience, i already faced an issue with charging for medicine which i dont use.. They said they dont have void option which is unbelievable So thanks to assumption for making me to never comeback again..

A heavenly working atmosphere just like the Sacred Heart ❤ of Jesus as the name says , run by SH CONVENT SISTERS. Very efficient Drs especially Pulmonology Dept by Dr Bibin Jose, Dr Chandran sir, Surgen Dr Satheesh

My father is in a critical stage due to the treatment at the assumption hospital. Dr.Vipin Jose considered the treatment a business and he prescribed more tablets and which causes the health of my father to a bad stage. So please don't consult this doctor.

One of the 1st line hospital to all the society in & arround Bathery. Speciality Wings are there , I personally feel Good on Ortho Dept & Physician. Nursing College also working along with Hospital. Almost all speciality Departments are avail here. Parking is some bit hard

Extremely dissatisfied with staff coordination. I had booked for an appointment and due to emergency the Dr was on leave. The was informed me when I visited the hospital. However, they did not show any responsibility to call me and inform prior. When I questioned they started blaming eachother.
