Staff behaviour is the worst to which I have seen. Please refrain from going there as they will never cooperate with you. Actions must be taken against such hotels as they starts fighting and use unnecessary heated words for any talk which you do. Even after being there for more than 20 days they won’t show a single respect and etiquette towards you, as from my experience.

Receptionist guy’s behaviour is very bad. I come to check in and he was talking on phone with his gf. Other one asking me to wait. Wow. His gf is first than his customers. How do i know he was talking with his gf? While cutting the call he called her ok baby bye. Very rude behaviour and showing us that he’s so smart. Also they tried to charge me extra for nothing. And i have breakfast included but they didn’t provided me that. And when i asked he said we are not with oyo. If you want breakfast you need to pay for that. Really a bad stay here. Guys stay away.

Rooms provided were too small. Just enough space for e queen sized bed. Room service - big ZERO. The only positive thing is the cleanliness.

Very bad experience, the roof had some mould growing on it, the AC remote did not work, a lot of power cuts doors had outdated lock and key insted of usual tap to open, sheets had swon patches on it, the blanket was dirty

Unprofessional behavior. They asks rt pcr report even tho I'm fully vaccinated. Are they in aware with latest rules? Also they demand for rtcprc but not a single person i saw wearing a basic things like mask wow.

1) Provided mattress was hard and due to which we developed bodyache. 2) Services was not that great. Starting with manager being rude when asked about the mattress being hard. Not at all a pleasant/ welcoming behaviour in fronthe customers. 3) This hotel is not ready to keep card swiping machine to do any kind of payment, which is literally a pathetic way to collect payments if few customers who would wish to pay using their credit cards or debit cards. The convenience was not provided. 4) We wanted to iron our shirts, so asked for an Iron box? they do have an Iron box which doesnt work. So it has been non-functional from a long time and they are least bothered to repair it or replace it with a new iron box. 5) Breakfast was not that convenient in terms of any other options if customer is unable to consider the provided options. 6) No tissue roll holder in washroom. Overall the stay was not satisfying due to the kind of services provided even after paying almost 6k for 2 days. This is the 2nd bad experience with FabHotels property. Earlier, it was in Hyderabad and now in Kolkata.

First of all the service is pathetic, the staff is too rude and fraudulent. Stayed there for two days, felt almost cheated and annoyed. Secondly at the time of check out they took our phones and rated themselves 5 star without our knowledge. Avoid this hotel when in Kolkata

The person at the recieptionist was very rude to us towards the beginning.He was even abusing his staff in front of us.Room was okayish AC wasnt cooling much and the fan made terrible sound.

Foot and catering service is little delay. Other services are good. Location is cool. Rooms and banquet hall is little small but good for small parties. Nearby location is RAJABAZAR SCIENCE COLLEGE.

Horrible experience! Haven't seen such unprofessional behaviour from someone. The receptionist is of no help at all. There is no room service at night. You can't get food or water since the receptionist is busy sleeping. The ordered food can't be received because the hotel is locked from the inside & the keys are with him. He refuses to open the door and even asks to not bother him & preferably don't visit the hotel again. The room had no toiletries as well and was smelling funny. This stay was like a nightmare.

Overall good... But room facilities can be better such as fittings sturdiness, cupboard door lock, provision of locker,.... Staff is trustworthy and sincere but lacks training by top team...

We booked one family room at Fab hotel - Stay INN international hotel, kolkata during 2nd October to 5th October. But room was not found properly clean. We informed hotel manager about room cleaning required. They have cleaned room after our suggestions. Staff were good. They have no fooding arrangements. They have provided food from outside restaurant. I am requesting to hotel owner that please make ur own kitchen arrangements at hotel

Good location & public transport near by. It's very near to sealdah station. Manager is very kind and helpful.

You should provide mobile number-, phone number for better communication with the reserved hotel. Because present system is completely wrong for communication with the concerned hotel Hope you will improve the same at the earliest

Overall, it is a good option for a short stay. Rooms are good and clean. I was happy to find the bathroom clean and tidy. There is no in-house restaurant as such. Location is great. I had a decent stay.

No in house kitchens is on the property. Fab could not provide the direct number of hotel si it is difficult to locate with local taxis.

Not at all hotel . It's a guest house not a hotel. They charged for breakfast near 300 to 400 . But provide 50 rs breakfast including 1 small size of sandwich, 5 rs less chips and 1 banna. 1 tea. And 1 more 5 rs snack.

The hotel is around 2 kms from Sealdah Railway Station. I spent around 10 hours with my family while in transit to my hometown. The manager is nice and helpful and provided us early check-in (9:45 am) without any hassle. I took the premium room which was sufficiently spacious and very well lit with sunlight. The washroom was neat and nicely done. Wifi speed is impressive (Upto 70 MBPS). Overall, it was great value for money.

A good property near Sealdah railway station, a very quiet place in Kolkata, rooms are good and well maintained. The front staff is good and helpful. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities and dish 📡 TV. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Recommended for stay.

Horrible experience! There is no room service at night. There is only 1 receptionist present at night who just sleeps. He is extremely rude and unprofessional in behaviour. You will not even get water at night. The hotel is locked at night so you can’t go out or order in. And guess what, if you want to open the hotel gates then again you have to go to this rude receptionist who will refuse to wake up and will tell you to not visit the hotel again. Also the first room I was given was smelling very bad. I had to change it.

It was a disastrous stay with FabHotels StayInn International Kolkata. There were lot of shortcomings. To name a few 1. There were no cleaning services in room in case you ask for 2. They charge for breakfast but served same breakfast for all 3 days 3. Breakfast was cold and served to us in poly bags like disaster relief packets 4. With a stay for 6 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was provided for only 6 adults. Additional was charged again though it was supposed to be complimentary from FabHotels 5. For asking to keep luggage for 4 hrs, reception denied and later charge 500rs In cash 6. Management was not cooperative 7. There is no support for any type of food. So beware if you are traveling with kids. 8. No nearby restaurants too. 9. It was on road and has lot of noise in some rooms like 313 for me. 10. It is above bank and main gate keys are with bank personals. If you ask Hotel management to help open gate in case of late entry or early step out, they will respond like “we don’t own the whole building . Search got guard yourself”

Okaish stay here. The room was big but the AC could have been better. Can stay here for overlay. The behaviour of the reception can be better. The reception was rude most of the times.

Not at all worth of money. Room was stinking and bedsheet, blanket was durty and it was stinking. After complaining it was changed. Breakfast was horrible. Internet was too slow. It was of no use. No Maintenance. Very unpleasant experience.

It was the most pathetic experience, rooms were dirty. TV was not working, fridge was not working, Geyser was not working, staff who was claiming to be owner was expremely rude, talking as if he is threatening. We landed with family and kids late night and he was giving different reasons for not letting us check-in. People like him spoiling imagine of Fab hotels. I went with high expectations but got very disappointed.
