The seats near the railing overlooking can accomodate only 3 people max, you can ask for an additional chair for a group of 4 but that makes it difficult for you to keep your food because the tables are very small. I'd prefer if they had bigger tables as well in the corner for seating a larger group. The ambience of the place is great. The view is amazing. However, they have a set of running lights which blinks very fast and bright making it somewhat irritable sometimes and not ideally suited for photosensitive people. The food is really good. My Favorite was cheese jalapeno poppers. We also ordered some cocktails which was not really the best ones I've had. It was decent to say the least. The noodles was a good option and the pizza was really good as well. Coming to the staff, I was not really impressed with their hospitality considering the price charged. They were very casual at their behaviour and did not show exceptional hospitality skills which I'd ideally expect from such a posh place. The music selection was not really great when I visited, probably you would find a better DJ on other days. Fingers crossed though.

Expensive but definitely worth it. That’s a one liner review for a place that probably provides one of the best views of Kolkata. Starters are good but slightly on the higher side of spiciness. Main courses can be ignored unless you are really famished.

Visited on a casual outing with friends. This is OK place for such occasions. Pricey but average value for money. The outdoor ambience is good and you will get a good view of the city. Food is above average but not the best that you can have in Calcutta. We were a group of 8 people and have tried multiple dishes. I honestly didn’t like the idea of taking a ticket (literally!!) to sit outdoors. This is the first time that I have seen something like this. There may be a reason for it, however I found it very odd. In general above average place but not out of the world. Worth one visit (only) in evening.

It is a very spacious restaurant with a wonderful view. The food ranges from Indian, Continental to Oriental and Fusion. The food tastes great and the service is very good. The staff is polite, helpful and the service is quite fast. One must try the fusion cuisine. One can seat indoors or outdoors. A good range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are available.

We went there for a wedding reception party. It was very well decorated and nicely organized. The poolside was lovely. The view from the 20th floor is outstanding. The staffs are well behaved and helpful. Very clean environment. Though we didn't visit the restaurant but we could tell from the outside that the ambience was apt for a perfect date.

This is a review and also total information for those who wants, this is great place with a great view and music is also cool. For entry they will charge you 1000 per person , Kids also. They don’t allow kids on the rooftop , so u have to sit inside. They will give u ₹1000 coupon per person which is redeemable but non -refundable. For example 3 people went there it means they have 3 coupons which is ₹3000 , if u order food under 3000 then u won’t have to pay anything as the coupon covers it . But if it exceeds then u have to pay the extra charge +GST and service charge .

I went here for my parents anniversary, and the experience was mixed. The sunset view, celebration, cake decorating was fabulous, but the food was expensive and expense to quality/taste ratio was pretty poor. First of all, one advice, don't fall for this location just for the sake of view. Because if you do, you'll later regret your decision. The food is below average and never ask for suggestions from the table attender, he'll definately recommend you the worse dish from there menu. So be cautious if you're going here. However you'll love the place if you're a couple.

Visited Ozora on Sunday to catch the sunset on the 20th floor of the back wing of Acropolis mall in South Kolkata. The place was fairly crowded already and a cover charge of Rs1000 per person is mandatory. Since we were early, we got a table by the edge and ordered a few drinks. There is no option to call and reserve unless you are a VIP. Our waiter took a while to understand one customisation and had to explain to the bartender directly. A Rs 190 mrp bottle of corona beer was Rs 700, a 150ml glass of Jacobs Creek Chardonnay was Rs 950 (a bottle costs Rs 1400) and Sangrias were Rs 850. They didn't have any Indian wines to offer even though they were listed on the menu. The premium charged on drinks for the view n music was a bit much we felt. Our snacks of crispy fries and Prawn Salt n Pepper were well made and well priced. Overall it's worth a visit and with the crowd on a Sunday evening, seems like a popular place for youngsters in Kolkata.

A roof top open bar always make you feel special.. amezing atmosphere.. dim lights with live jazz music create a perfect blend.... delicious food... Cocktails are just perfect... It's one of the best place for a couple as well as grouping...

Love the ambience, food quality, staff behaviour & professionalism. Just had to wait a little over average for the main course to be served. The menu has a great variety. But most importantly the view is great. But it's limited because of the extreme pollution of the city, you can see only up to a few kilometres.

Taste of food is good. But the staffs are the most non responsive. I haven't seen this bad of a not care attitude from waiters anywhere. The rooftop skyline view of the city is amazing.

Amazing fine dining experience from the 20th floor of Acropolis mall, with a fantastic view to boot. The only problem seemed to the unavailability of some items in the menu. The ambience is great, the service is smooth and on time. The food quality and quantity were at par with the prices and the presentation was pleasing. There are also budget friendly combos available during the afternoon hours, such as the Chinese platter and Italian platters.

One of the most overpriced place in Kolkata. First they try to deny entry saying that all tables are booked. We entered after 20 25 minutes and stayed there till 2 am and most of the tables around us were empty all night. Plus they overcharge every drink and food items. Also there staffs are not at all cooperative. Food was also not good. Try to avoid this place. There are many better places in this area.

A lovely experience from the 20th floor of the building which gives a skyline view of the entire city of joy. We wanted to sit on the rooftop area but soon decided against it as it was pretty steamy outside (despite being the evening hours). We ordered chicken sweet corn soup, roasted chilli baby corn, roasted chilli lamb, chicken fiesta (pizza) and hazelnut mousse for dessert. To start off, the drinks were good (virgin mohito and mango merry). The soup was good as well. But the highlight was the chilli lamb : tender and filled with flavour. The chilli baby corn had a good crunchy texture. The pizza was loaded with chicken and we enjoyed it without adding oregano. The chocolate mousse was amazing and it straightaway melts in your mouth. Service was good and rapid. We didn't have a problem in asking for additional plates and the waiters helpfully recommended the best desserts or drink options as and when asked for their opinions. Overall I had a pleasant experience, and after the meal went for a walk along the terrace to get some good clicks of the views ahead.

This restaurant was in my bucket list for long time. And finally last Saturday we were there. Ambience is wow, food is wow, price is high, behaviour of the staff was not good. At reception we were told we have to stand in bar at the roof top as there his no table. But we saw there were table and we requested for it and then they arranged. After that the waiter gave us a table light which went off and it was too hard to read and the menu and understand . We took some time to go through the menu and then we started ordering but the waiter was too irritated and was thinking if we would make a huge bill or not. We ordered a lot so there was a huge bill and after that he was good. Also there was a cover charge of 1000 bucks. And drinks very costly. Food is still manageable as per portion size and taste. View from the 20th Floor. Ambience was wow, food is good, price is high, behaviour of the staff was okay. Cover charge of ₹1000 was there. All I can say it is a place to enjoy the beauty of the city at one go.

The view's great but unfortunately I can't say the same about the quality of the food. According to the taste, they charge a lot. The cocktails are pretty great though. It's a nice place to visit with you friends or partner.

The stars are only for the ambience whereas the food is very average compared to the price tag. In case you are going there, be ready to pay ₹1000 per head as cover charges which ofcourse can be redeemed. The bad thing about it is if the billing amount is less than the total cover charge, then they won’t refund you the amount. So if you are going as a couple, you need to spend a minimum of ₹2000.

Best view of Kolkata city from the rooftop. You have to give extra 1000 rupees to sit at the rooftop. The ambience is very chill and cool. We went in lunar eclipse day, the moon was shining bright and the city looks marvellous. One drawback is they take really long time to serve you the order. Had to wait for 30 mins for one small drink.

We visited Ozora few days and loved the mesmerizing view of Kolkata from the 20th Floor (AcropolisMall Building). They have both rooftop and covered restaurant both . Wonderful lit ambience inside and the rooftop is most loved for its view. Cool music being played and the lights were beautiful. There are sitting arrangements for two or even large groups.They serve alcohol .The food was fresh and delicious. We tried Smoked Chicken Pizza,Reshmi Chicken Kebab,Kukkad Lehsuni Kebab. Desserts were so yummy- Tried Lemon Tiramisu and Blueberry Cheese Cake. Price is a bit on the higher side. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Place it located in the same Acropolis Mall but in a separate section adjacently. It's on the 21st floor with a great ambience and skyline view. You find beats and music ( both soft and hard ) played by DJs. #Booking : for the roof top is go as per availability. Basically 2-3 seater tables are arrayed on the edge of the rooftop giving an awesome visual experience in the evening and night. For bigger team members you have to pre-book of as per their suggestions. Per individual has a price of 1000 INR attached to them during entrance and for bigger team it needs to be 25000 INR minimum.Also, you can get a registration there and become a member. #Food- Dining : You will find multi cuisine menu that needs to be opened through your cell phone 🤳 that means you won't get a menu card on desk.May be they have it inside the dining section which is mostly filled up by families.Dishes come a-la-carte price tag system. In terms of beverages there are a couple options for non-alcoholic ones as majority of them are concentrated on the hard drink side. #Quality : Definitely try out the starters that come from various countries, Italian, Continental or Asian they are all good. We tried the Moroccan chicken along with others and they taste really good. For main courses I would say it's not like the traditional as we ordered Biryani and a chicken item as a side dish but it's good and reasonable 👍. #Pricing : mostly reasonable and not sky-high except some of them.Just don't go with icecreams or fudge . You can get those in the mall itself or outside at much lower prices. Overall: We enjoyed and liked the space a lot and would definitely love to go there. Note- 1. we're told that Children's below the age of 12 yes are not allowed but saw one family with kids. So, I guess because it's located on a high altitude but you can take kids provided by they will listen to you. 😊 2. Don't go during Rainy Season

It's a fine dining place at 20 th floor near acropolis mall. They have inside dining plus roof top dinning options. Per person 1k fully redeemable cover charges. I had a non-veg platter, pizza, mojito, corona beer. Staff is very good and professional. Food tasted really good. I went for lunch so aat inside. For dinner I recommend sitting on the roof top to enjoy the view, ambience and food.

Visited their rooftop section. Excellent ambience and service. Food is ok but can be improved. We ordered Tom Kha Shrimp soup, Lapchi Kai Chicken....these two r excellent in taste n portion size. But not satisfied with the quality of fish in Beer Battered Fish. Satisfied with their beverages....Gondhoraj Basil Mojito and In The Field....both r quite good. Service is excellent....special mention for Babai who was attending us....advices and service are awesome. And offcourse ambience is very pleasing if you are lucky to hv a nice weather. Price part....I wd say is quite reasonable.

Okay so this place was in my bucket list and yeah here we go. For me it was the best place because of the ambience and the view from the 20th floor of acropolis mall. It was breathtaking. ❤️ So let's come to the main part. The food was so good and mouth-watering ❤️ . They even serve combos ( Indian, Asian, continental ) which is only 399/- only ( the combo is not sharable ) . So we had a starter and two combos ( Asian and continental) and last but not the least , a mandatory verjin mojito in the end ❤️ loved their behaviour and wish to visit again ❤️

It's time someone gave a makeover to this favourite haunt for many. Have started looking dated already. Food quality has scope of improvement. Bar is still good. But ...if you're visiting on a weekday...you won't get to hear hindi/indi pops...neither your choice would be played. The man behind the DJ unit has very rigid protocols to follow. 😂

One stop for either with friends to chill or a perfect date with perfect ambience with delicious food and service too.. Maggie pie,quinoa popsicles are my favourite..must try.. must try freshly made desserts. Presentation of the food is at its best💯

Big place to accommodate a large amount of mass but it will only work if the clock ticks 5 because it's too sunny outside. Nice ambiance, bit casual hostile at the entry but waiters are fine. They will offer you coupons for each worth 1k. You have to use it keeping or exceeding the limit purchased by the group

It was my first time having food on a rooftop resturant I had an amazing experience at Ozora they had a coupon payment process where you'll have to pay in advance before entering the bar Each person has to pay Rs 1000 which is redeemable but non-refundable

It was saturday evening. There was day light so got some nice glimpse of kolkata. INR 1k was the non refundable cover charge per person. Cocktail was good . Pizza was very nice and portion was good. They played english and hindi songs as well. We spent a good evening there.

This place has its own charm...the ambience is way too good..try to visit this place by evening and stay at the night... Remember this place often remains crowded...so have time with you while visiting this place.. The food quality is good but quantity is not that sufficient.. A breathtaking view from the rooftop of Acropolis Towers, beautiful ambiance and a variety of options to eat. The staff is very courteous and are fast to serve food. Would definitely recommend the ravioli.

So finally I managed to be there on last weekend.. According to me It is the best rooftop restaurant in Kolkata with almost 360 degree view.The pièce de résistance of this place is definitely The Ambience.Live dj played some really good party music.We didn't expect their food to be that much tasty 😉.But foods were really good in taste.Though you might feel them bit expensive but once you experience the rooftop ambience You will never regret. Everyone must visit this place at least for once. N.B. Their entry point is near the exit gate of Acropolis.
