Very spacious rooms. Kettle with tea & coffee. Big, comfy, clean bed, pillows & towels. Very big smart TV opposite bed. AC & ceiling fan. Clean, spacious bathroom. Wardrobe for luggage. Good location two minute walk to Rabindra buses pass through right outside hotel, only Good Knight mosquito repellent. Kitchen with cups, plates, utensils etc. Spacious lounge area. Lake and lots of highly rated restaurants. All twenty minutes to Park st. Varied & tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning. It is like being at home, best place.

Everything is very spacious and clean. The hotel makes sure you have everything you need. The person at reception is very friendly and welcoming. I would love to stay there again if I am again in kolkata.

The staffa are soo good and friendly . Breakfast has been provided with quality and rooms were clean and tidy . Everyday the cleaning was on time and the host was higly co operative . This place made my stay memorable and comfortable.

We had a group of 18 persons stayed from 19-24DEC2023. This is an excellent location at a very reasonable price. Shri Manoj Jain and the staff are excellent, very caring and super responsive. The area of improvements are in the breakfast and meals. Some times the cooked (Idli, etc.) are not ready on time. Same with the meals, please insist to have meals ready on time.

I sincerely would like to thank the hotel management, specially Mr Manoj who really took care of arranging and providing utmost comfort to my old age parents who recently stayed there. They were very happy to get the hospitality, hygiene and cleanliness and also the vegetarian food. Will surely recommend this to others and soon will visit the hotel. Thank you 🙏

One of the best places to stay in Kolkata within a budget. The location is impeccable and convenient and extremely close to Gariahat which is one of the city central hub. The quality of rooms and interiors is prime new and extremely well maintained. Manoj, the hotel manager is one of the most efficient and caring people I have encountered in the hospitality sector. Overall, will strongly recommend this place if you want to visit Kolkata.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. They refused to accept the agreed upon terms even though we abided by all the restrictions and made us move our get-together in the middle of the night. Booked a suite for a party and we were very specific about the fact that there will be music and guests till late night. Staff started bothering us 8:30 pm and even asked our guests to leave at 11 pm. We jad to abandon the suite for the night and move the location of our get-together in the middle of the night.

Couple of colleagues booked rooms for a week. The B rooms are best followed by C and A. The 1st floor rooms have budget TVs and 2nd floor had branded TVs. The A rooms are having bathrooms which can be opened from common room so don't forget to lock them from inside. I once got a shock when I realized that it was left unlocked by the cleaning staff. You will be charged extra for mineral water, but there is RO filter in the kitchen. The Kitchen has all facilities like Microwave, Fridge, Toaster. Breakfast is complementary and available from 08.00 am. You can order Lunch and Dinner, but you have to inform in advance and its veg only. We usually ordered food online, but you can also go to VAYU in Lake Hotel just a few steps away.

Excellent stay here in Kolkata! The rooms are extremely well-kept with a very friendly and helpful staff. The quality of my sleep improved so much while here and I really enjoyed the close proximity to local eateries and chai shops. The breakfast included is amazing! Warm simple veggie meals every morning prepared in-house. Over the last 3 days, we had chana masala, aloo paratha, and these Indian style potatoes. So delicious! Mr. Manoj and his son helped us to arrange laundry service, understand how to use the train, how to get a SIM card, etc. We felt like we were in such good hands. Thank you! We are sad to leave.

We travelled Kolkata from Bangladesh. Stayed here. It was simply an awesome hotel. Clean, proper and big. Location is awesome. Good and polite staff.

The rooms and the service provided by the hotel were very good. Everything was neat and clean. The room service and all the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel provided a very homely feeling. The food was really good and we are grateful that the hotel staff was able to modify it according to our requirements. Lastly the location of the hotel is pretty good as it is close to a large number of famous landmarks and monuments of Kolkata. Overall our experience was really good.
