An excellent place to chill out. The homes are very elegant and well design. There are so much green space within. Kids can spend a good time playing safely. The security is also state of the art and ensures safety for everyone. It’s a pride to own an apartment in this complex.

Vast expanse of green fields. With ample underground parking space. Amenities like parks and playgrounds available. Apartments got great lobby space and spacious floor areas. Overall good for its worth. Only minus point, still under construction with many flats on hold.

While the complex is clean and fairly maintained, mobile services are extremely poor inside due to the apathy and biased approach of the apartment association. The leading operator of the country and region has no solution deployed inside because the association did not allow them!! They should have invited all operators to deploy solutions instead! Mobile services are a basic necessity. Strangely Airtel is the only operator that has received permissions - this sounds of prejudice as well.

Very good housing campus. Very good security arrangements. In case you are not a resident here and you want to visit someone, you need a digital invitation to be generated by the resident and you need to show the code to the security guards. However, the towers seemed to be old but they are well maintained from inside by the residents. Currently these are located a bit far from the main city (Salt Lake) but hopefully there will be good connectivity soon. Overall good experience.

Place good.but for your guests who came to surprise visit to your house so that's not possible the security system very hard.

Beautiful place in Kolkata. Well planned location. Beautiful buildings. Spacious homes and gardens. My friend lives in a 2 BHK flat in Vista 5 Tower. There are large French Windows. Rooms have Tiled floors. A good size Balcony is also available. There is a clubhouse, gymnasium, badminton court and other outdoor facilities. A mall with theatre is attached with the campus. Overall this campus one of the best residential experiences in Kolkata.

There is no temple inside the society and this is the main disadvantage of the society and that's why I didn't like. I had never seen in any society in Bangalore without temple wherever I lived. There should be atleast a small Shiva temple for the devotees to pray and pay the gratitude to the lord. Rest of the things are good.

Uniworld City is situated at Action area-III, New town, Rajarhat. PIN code: 700156. It's a planned city. Unitech group is doing a great job. There will be a separate garden, multigym, shopping complex, Basement parking, swimming pool, Downtown central plaza shopping mall developed by the Uniworld City, Multiplex, etc. A great highly accommodate flats, lavish accommodation, a great atmosphere and ambience. Spread over 100 acres to developed by the unitech group. Highly appreciating. You will be reach here by shapoorji bound any bus. Don't worry there will be a lots of cab service available from here. But needs lots of improvement by transport system.
