Mixed emotions about this place, the rooms are decent but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Our room had an unpleasant smell and the bed linen was beyond tired and should have been burned many years ago. The hotel was quiet however and you can get a good night's sleep. The concierge was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a nice and cozy place. Clean and hygiene. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for patients of Apollo multispeciality hospital. Moreover, the air is fresh as it is near the lake. You will be fully satisfied with the hotel.

It is good if you expect nothing. Its not a Hotel that we commonly see, its just a building having some rooms there. But the Rooms are really quite big but don't have enough power outlet or outlets are not in a good place to charge your mobile, laptops etc. During the stay, they didn't clean the room while we asked for clean. but nothing happened. There is no lift service available, so its definite No for the guests who have leg problems. Also there is no Balcony available for any room as mentioned in the online hotel booking sites.

Friends, Don't even think of staying in hotel. One of the worst hotel. Dirty and Poorly maintained rooms. No Water supply in washrooms at night. No in-house kitchen. Dirtiest towel. No bayhroom sleepers. No water bottle on entry. No tea kit. Dirty bedsheets. Poorest of poor service. Not at all recommended for family and womens specially. Location is not easily approachable. Online cab will never comes outside hotel, you have to walk till main road. No lift. If you book online, receptionist will ask you to upgrade room as selected rooms is not ready and he will charge Rs. 200-300 extra. It's a cheating basically. You have pay full amount at the time of check-in. Overall this hotel's rooms doesn't deserve a rate of more than Rs.500-700 per night. Book this hotel at your own risk.

Good place to stay for a couple of days. The staff are amazing and very helpful! Don’t miss the tea! I just loved it! Also, they offer food from a place called Dinner House, and the food was just perfect in every way!

Perfect location. Just besides Salt Lake Stadium. But very peaceful and quiet. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful.

The Best Family hotel. All staff and the OWNER is outstanding. They don't think their guests as customer they serve them as family. Recommended to all the viewers of this review.
