It is always great experience to visit. They maintain all the safery. Almost twice to thrice i've to visit this place. Am visting this place since they opened ..i guess its more than 10 years . And they do home delivery as well. Even in whatsapp or through call they update the menu promotion and offers

It is a great eating place apart from a shopping place with excellent Chicken Shawarma, bijoli grill, don giovanis and absolutely lovely masala tea at tea junction. Do visit the Spencer's at South City Mall.

A very good and well-managed departmental store. Wide range of stocks is one of their usp. Products which are meant to be sold are of recent manufactured and reasonable discount is also offered making the items saleable. Really a good shopping experience.

I have always ordered things Spencers or shopped offline at store. But each time I order online they send doggy biscuits. Yes I mean what is this !!? Why do u like to cheat all the time by first sending away the broken biscuits. Rusk is such a biscuit which anyone can predict by touching that's it's broken in multiple parts still you send it. What for ? So I pay half or less ? This is a tendency of maximum shops to first tactfully sell away the broken biscuits. All the time. What m I supposed to do after that ? Instead of 1 whole biscuit am sitting with 4 pieces. Is this how u serve

Good collection of clothes, cosmetics, groceries and other household items. Price seems to be a bit expensive. Well maintained and neat and clean store with helpful and polite staffs.

Not a place where you can shop peacefully. It is more like a fish market with hawkers standing at most counters and trying to push their wares. However, once you get past that, their collection of groceries including tea variety, cereals, and the export section are particularly good. Their collection of Korean Ramyun is fabulous and probably the best in Kolkata.

Clean with new decorations between Durga Puja & Diwali. It is comparatively much less clouded.

Couple of big brands are there. As per collection quite good. Food court is quite spacious. Couple of restaurant chains available. Management is doing proper safety management.

Good & Spacious. Staffs are very cooperative. But the food court is not as good as before, got very few stalls. Cash counters and the table/chairs are also quite dirty.

Good size but a bit tight on apace. They have tried to include every department, while some have good options others have few. You can get everything needed in your home including foods, garments, appliances, wine, meats, fishes etc.

Their staffs are thieves and liars & they convince ppl to buy some particular stuffs as if they are the best products, where the sales person would get more commission & the products are not upto the mark at all, also half of their coffee jars are opened from inside where the staffs take to make coffee for customers taste and them they put the same jars up for sale. Their sales manager does nothing & there is not one in customer care or grievance department, spencers is a bloody scam

The only place where I could buy Buldak, Jajanmen, Shinramen and all those korean noodles. And this supermarket is just a massive collection of things especially grocery items that you can ever imagine. I love this Spencer so much honestly. I will totally recommend you to go there and buy stuffs that you need bc they provide you with branded good quality items. ✨ It is located in the Upper Basement area of the mall, I suppose.

It's a great place for buying commodities for day to day use but.. when spotted 2 cockroaches where they kept pastries. Hygiene wise, the Spencer's at South City mall isn't good enough. Other branches of the same, if considered, is better.

Oversmart behaviour of Sourabh at billing counter (for less than ten items) near the meat section, at around 12:30 pm today, really surprising and certainly not acceptable. Please hire polite staff so that we don’t feel intimidated by such arrogant jerks like Sourabh.

They irritate a lot by push selling and being overtly suggestive. Every place u go a pair of eyes watching you and you hear - sir would you take green tea and stuff? I will when i need .

One stop for all the basic needs of one during the entire day or week or even month. Many brands on display and also offers to grab. From apparels to crockery to upholstery to to snacks to eatables to perishables to nonperishable to bakery to nonveg to frozen food.. it helps in every way. One thing is the lines for billing. Queue is too long on a weekend, and now in this pandemic scares me. Also the staffs aren't always very friendly, which puts one off. Please find a solution to these.

This place is so clean, Beautifully decorated floors, array of shops both Indian and foreign, enough to drench your shopping thrust.. Lastly, I must confess.. The Mall has the most Hygienically clean Wash room which are cleaned every hour! Lastly, I must tell you about the most elegant FOOD COURT... IT WILL satisfy you AND some one who is over fussy with Food!

One of my favourite shopping places for groceries, gourmet food, bags, etc. Spencers offers various discounts and offers for customers. Parking is easy and safe @₹30 per hour. There is a cafeteria for you if you get hungry while shopping. P. S. One piece of advice : Do NOT compare online prices and offers with the products sold here. Online shops do not have establishment cost or electricity cost. Hence they can provide huge discounts.

We all know what Spencer's serve.. A perfect place for shopping be it for anything... Mostly we always find all kind of varieties in all categories.. Staff always helpful... Billing system very smooth... Superb store 🙂

Spencer's in South city Mall is great, the layout is good. Can be said it is one shop for everything like groceries, clothes, fruits and vegetables, bakery, and everyday essential. The choice of clothes are not bad. The bakery is pretty upto the standard, though if you want to buy a big amount or a celebration cake please order it much ahead.

Well managed very big and complete Departmental stores covering litems like groceries, vegetables, fish, drinks, utensils, garments, cosmetics, electrical etc to be picked up to any one individual choice and requirements.

I have no complain against the Food served at the Food Court @ Spencer's South City Mall - ranging from Shawarma to Chhole Bhature BUT the BEHAVIOR of the Guy who we approach to buy Food Coupons or to refill the Food Cards is SUPER RUDE, the guy is PATHETIC!!! And because of this particular staff, I will never visit Spencer's South City Food Court ever again - It is so irritating to witness such rude behavior, It spoils your mood & definitely takes way the joy from enjoying a juicy Shawarma!

I have been ordering from Spencers but never was cheated . I ordered through Spencers app ( South city) chemical free banana flower and they gave me Raw banana . I am trying to reach every possible number but calls are getting disconnected nonstop . They don't have direct customer care help in the app .I need my money back !!

I am changing my review again. They resolved the matter with gave wonderful service. I can trust them again. The woman present at customer service is very sweet and polite.

It's a very neat and well maintained outlet with a large variety of products. One can purchase a wide range of groceries , clothes both men and women, beverages ranging from soft drinks to juices, health drinks and energy drinks. Also they have a well stocked Wine and Spirits enclosure. Their food court is awesome, one gets to smell it's aroma from quite a distance. All in all a pleasant place to visit

In Spencer's South City Mall, the ground staff misguided us by keeping wrong discounting tag at wrong place. Whenever we approached them by saying "Why it had happened? , they replied with a casual attitude and said that "It may happen" without apologising for their misbehavior.

A go-to place for every single thing. They have a great collection of everyday essentials and more. From rice-lentils-toothpaste to korean, Mexican food essentials. EVERY. SINGLE. THING. Necessity to luxury, they have everything. Staffs are really very helpful.

This is factually the biggest Spencer's store in Kolkata. But in my opinion it needs more diversity in its products. A lot of things like alternative vegan products, lactose free milks, household items etc are still not sold here. The staff need to be more informative and less intrusive. They will try to force you to take products they have been asked to buy but don't have much knowledge of another product. However they are polite and otherwise helpful. A full organic produce section (instead of the tiny space dedicated to it), a full suchali counter instead of a few products, etc must be added.

It is one of my favourite Spencer stores. They have a good and variety collection and you will get good offer.
