Nice, quaint place. Not much to talk about ambience or decor, but the interiors go easy on the eye and look nice. The place is good for a quick bite and quick chat - prices seem reasonable, compared to the pricehounds in the region. Food ranges from okay-ish to good. We tried a chicken pizza and a chicken pasta in mixed sauce, both of which were good, but not anything remarkable. By the way, you can sit outside on a little lawn too.

Went on Sunday night, around 9.30 PM. There were only 2 waiters attending to everybody and the restaurant was about 75% full. After some waiting I was given a menu card. After another 10 minutes the chief waiter came and took our order. Starter chilly chicken : found the quantity less. Pieces of chicken were big and the taste of preparation had not entered into the chicken as well as when the pieces would have been smaller. This dish better avoided. Kasha chicken : Bengali style chicken cooked in tomato and onion gravy, was good. Adequate spices and good aroma Plain rotis were hot and brought soon. Waiters are polite and friendly. Although initially time was taken for attending to us, food order was brought in decent time. Management needs to attend to the following : Receiving of guests and allocating seats and providing them with menu card Increase the quantity of food, because for the rate being charged the quantity is quite less compared to other restaurants Should have smaller chicken cubes in Chinese dishes so that the aroma and taste gets distributed inside the chicken as well.

Worst food-drinks experience. I ordered different kinds of food. From their special cindrella drinks to cold coffee, white sauce pasta, cheese Sandwich. The juices tastes like fruit chemicals and trust me, it's just disastrous. The pasta and sandwich was although better. The cafe is situated at a very beautiful place and the atmosphere is also good. You can visit this place for solid foods, but don't order drinks.

I visited the place and was highly disappointed. We booked a coupon from Nearbuy and was immensely dissatisfied with the property. The service is poor and what is the worst is the quantity of food. The food they offer for 2 people, is not even sufficient for 1 adult. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Menu set in Bengali New Year buffet spread was not well thought of. Veg items kept do not go well with Bengali's taste especially for dinner. Above all, tastes of the items were very ordinary. The service provided was quite amateurish. Refilling of food stuff in the buffet spread was neglected. The environment of the restaurant was found to be satisfactory. One more thing to state is that the pricing for the buffet was reasonable but found the bakery items to be quite exorbitant.

Amazing food, especially fish fingers in starters, service is excellent lovely staff very friendly and warm behavior, although few things need to improve: 1. Biryani mutton needs to be more tender and choice of cut should be better very boney pieces. 2. Desserts need to improve in terms of quality. Will be back for more 😋😋😋😋!

This is located just outside the Apollo Glenagles Hospital, Kolkata where you can come for a quick party.But for obvious reasons its always filled with Hospital stafss and friends and family members of the Hospital patients. They have many items to offer along with Thalis. The staff is very professional and courteous. However service is slow. We had chicken sandwich, vada sambadh, samosa chat, tea and cold coffee. All the items were decent (but not great) .To me price seemed justified but that's everyones personal opinion. May be I wont visit the Cafe just to have food, but if I go to Hospital and I am hungry - definitely I will stop over there.

The small cosy cafe is just outside the main gate of Apollo Hospital with option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tea which they serve is super amazing in taste, it will definitely refresh your mind. However, Pav Bhaji is not upto the mark, instead you can try any sandwich which is awesome and will fill up your stomach. They serve veg and non veg thali for lunch apart from ala carte option.

And the best part you can avail the outdoor seating where you can witness how the busy city life dissolve into calmness slowly in front of your eyes.Nothing can be more relaxing than that. you can choose from Veg pizza, Veg pasta as veg options and Chicken puff,Stuffed chicken croissants , Fish-n-chips , Fish finger, Chicken burger as Non Veg Options. Found a gem at by pass road, this cafe is located next to Apollo hospital. Totally a idol place if you are looking for something nice and quite. Food is worth the money, and amibence is totally mood lifting. Staffs are really polite and friendly. They serve you at your best.

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible amd waste of money. I saw the man tearing tow Rs.5/- packets of Nescafe coffee and mixing them and serving us that coffee. They have coffee beans and coffee machine for show only. They charge 150 bucks for this trashy coffee which you can make at home. I would suggest rather go get coffee from the coffee stalls inside Apollo hospital, they are wayyyy better.

One of the most underrated buffet restaurants of Kolkata. Buffet at 550 rupees in a 3star hotel. Visitel hotel❤️ It's situated just next to Apollo Gleneagles hospital, Kakurgachi. The ambience is very good and calm. It's much better than the quality and taste of the food. Staff behaviour was good, but service was very much slow. Took 25 min to refill the chicken items. The lunch buffet cost 550 rupees per person, check Nearbuy app for details. We got the buffet at 300 rupees(per person) because we had 250 rupees coupons from our previous purchase on that app. So better use the Nearbuy app next time 😎😉. They also have breakfast and dinner buffet. This place is near to Mani square mall. Ambience is quite good (fine dining restaurant). however food was pretty average and service was too slow. I won't recommend this place. bad experience.

Lack of Soild starters like kebabs and dry chilly chicken is a big turndown. At this price range you expect kebabs and dry chilly chicken. And lack of non veg Chinese item. Otherwise everything is a plus.

The food is good, takes little time to serve as they make everything fresh, from scratch. Should focus more on cleaning. Tables were not clean today, wasn't feeling good to keep hands on it, might be due to rush. Staff is friendly and polite.

Not a good place to have food. We had lunch buffet here. Overall experience is not good. Starter are served after waiting for over 15-20mins. Option was very limited. Food quality is average.

It's a boutique hotel located on EM bypass bylane beside Apollo Hospital. Their lunch buffet was ok. Their South Indian style dal, chilly chicken ( starter), paneer and mixed vegetable curry was good. Don't expect something very great but can try for once. Taste was average. Ambience, service was good.

Was there for the first time and quite disappointed with the service. We ordered veg sandwich and after around 20 minutes we came to know the order was not executed as it was not 'delegated'. We came back taking a cappuccino. The atmosphere is fine.

Horrible is an understatement for this cafe! We had ordered for some sandwiches at the cafe and after making us wait for half an hour, we went to the counter to enquire what is taking them so long to get some plain sandwiches. After 5 minutes, the man at the counter came out from the kitchen and informed us that sandwiches are not available so he had to cancel the order. We left without any food. This is a 'cafe' without a 'soul', for sure.

They had one of the best fish & chips in town but not anymore. Service was pretty slow too.
