The 'Tigris: Queen of wildlife' exhibit was amazing. Seminars and workshops were held to raise awareness about the beautiful Royal Bengal Tigers and paintings. The vibrant colours spread across the canvases was a sight to behold. Beautiful work done by artists Daniel Calovi and Maurizio Boscheri. A true treat for the eyes!

One of the most beautiful place to get indulge in your cultural diaries. Went there to see a play and the experience was fabulous. Open stage performance was quite fantastic. The place is huge with ample of place to move around. There are designated floor for seperate activity. Although, the eye-catching sculpture was on the entrance itself. 'Disobedience' or the ANYTIAKOH is one of a unique piece itself. A artist named Nassia Inglessis created that art and believe me you will be amazed to see it. There was even a prayer room and a whole showpiece room itself. Emami's venture in the section of art and creativity by KCC, undoubtedly gave a smile on my face. 😁

I had visited KCC primarily to attend Anupam Ray's Adhrishyo Nagordolna trip, in which he has focused on the illusions that we humans often live in. However, I was awestruck by the beauty that KCC is ! Not only does it conspire against the mundane lives of humans through the presentation of art and culture that India boasts, but is very well maintained and the behaviour of the staff there is also impeccable. I would recommend everyone to visit it !

This is a really nice initiative. The centre is beautifully maintained and has so many interesting things to see. I visited the "Paramparik Karigar" exhibition. The exhibition had a very nice collection of Indian art and handicrafts on sale. The prices were moderately expensive. However, I hope these prices are contributing to the fair payment of the weavers and supporting the handicraft industry. The exhibition was very well laid out with options of cash & card payment available. It was not too crowded and the craft persons took the time to explain what they were selling, the method used in making the product, etc. Overall it was a nice experience. We also visited the cafe on the second floor. It was an interesting experience. I tried the "modern papdi chaat". The amount of food offered could be increased but it was an interesting concept. I hope they add different fusion food items to their menu. I would strongly recommend visiting this place as they have a lot of different events lined up.

Its like a shopping mall of exhibitions! Emami is doing great work in bringing big names of the Indian art world to the degrading cultural capital of India. Also, they have a fantastic reading library with an exhausting collection of art books.

You are not welcome here if you are elderly or disabled. I do not know how a center for creativity has been set up when they do not have even basic humanity or empathy which are the foundations of art and culture. The people here have zero event management skills. Concerts are organized with zero arrangements for the elderly and differently abled. You are expected to stand through 2 hours or more of the performance even if you might not be abled. This is a place only for the young and healthy.

Literally, a vastly interesting space, with spacious galleries on the ground floor - both were showing retrospective exhibitions at the time of my visit. The first floor auditorium with wooden seating steps was being used for a photoshoot. Walk through the expanse of the gift shop (so much eye candy!) to the Grace Cafe and its all vegetarian menu. We tried an eclectic sev puri (pictured) with a zing of mustard. Take the lift to the top for a view of the paddy fields. A calming sensory experience.

A beautiful and modern building for cultural activities which hosts galleries, performance spaces, cafeteria, multipurpose auditorium and many more. I visited their auditorium to watch a play. The auditorium was nice with expandable seating arrangement on wooden stair-like structure in an arena concept. Lights and sound arrangements are good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Immaculately designed architecture and a really really exclusive gallery experience. Perfect for exhibitions of any kind. It also has a shop with unique artistic home decor items and a nice cafe inside. This place deserves more attention than it gets

I keep on visiting KCC, whenever I am in the city. Over the past few years I have visited many excellent art shows or events at this space. They have a great ambience. The shop is also worth exploring. There’s ample parking space around still. The view from the top floor may interest some. Glad this center was opened in Kolkata and also at a convenient location that is equally accessible from different parts of the city.

It was like a very fancy palace out of nowhere! Once you enter the gates, you will feel as if you've been transported to a different world altogether. I went there for a Japanese Arts exhibition & I was simply awed. So, I went ahead & checked out the other exhibitions on display too. I got to know then why it's called the Centre for Creativity. Though a lot of it's still under construction & the things for sale are super pricey, nevertheless, the place offers you a singular experience, akin to very holy place.

This tall building stands for all things community, creative and creating. Currently, the ground floor, is house to a body of installations being exhibited by Bose Krishnamachari, (associated with Kochi Biennale) titled, "Mirror sees best in the dark." The building hosts multiple art galleries and a collection of paintings made by contemporary and relevant artists. All the paintings and installations make for amusing wanderings and interesting conversations. The space also boasts a compact library which has a variety of books on art, art history and more. You can avail a membership at a fee of RS.500/year and gain access to all the books. Grace, a vegetarian restaurant is not just an apt name for the restaurant, but also what the entire space screams and shouts. A boutique and store is also available where you can buy art supplies, cutlery, linen, show items etc. The space condcuts workshops and events on a regular basis. An Amphitheatre, conservation labs and lot of creative spaces and art exhibits make this place ideal for artists and innovators alike. If this does not make for a creators den, I don't know what will!

A contemporary ceramics exhibition by falguni bhatt "Bhū-Tatva: elements of earth", displays a mesmerizing range of artworks based on stoneware and ceramics, mostly poreclain, highlighting tge beauty of nature and the ways we have destroyed it. These works explore the ideas of lost landscape and the impact of human activities on world. In Falguni Bhatt's words "my heart is my reaction to my space and surroundings, each piece mirrors a certain moment of my existence".

Visited three exhibitions at this place. One was organised by Kolkata partition museum, displaying paintings of a few eminent artists on the theme of Bengal partition. The other two were on Satyajit Ray. The ground floor has a few paintings of the artist Soma Das displayed, which I absolutely loved.
