Samaritan Nursing Home Just like to fill up own business, before admission they're say something think about the perppus of treatment and after admission occured something about that treatment..... unnecessary four day they're put a cabin patient and filling up own business like increasing income....and last day they're say doctor discharge her so Bill is 1.43lakh, Bill is too much....

The place is good, clean and safe during this pandemic. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Very easy policies to understand and always someone will be there to make us understand if we need guidance. Doctors are the best part here, they are so eperienced and patience. They are very friendly and make us understand the situation and the precautions. Best doctor's I ever met. Happy 😁😊

Most disgusting hospital...no post-op proper management...ward is too short(lenght wise & also height wise also)...no air ventilation is there...very bad experience...pls don't go fr any surgery...my humble request...Post-operative infections will certainly occur...now it's everyone decision...& i'm telling everything from my personal experience.. it's not a story. And who wrote the good comments unless they are staff of this hospital or their relatives.

My mother was admitted here with Covid 19 positive. Services were wonderful. She was discharged after 5 days. Charges were very much normal. I will advise to many of my patients, myself being a General Practitioner. Thank you SAMARITAN NURSING HOME . REALLY NICE

Extremely rude front-desk staffs. Beware of their online booking system. They would take the money online for booking but would not acknowledge it. The staffs may harass you by denying your online booking as well. If you book online, you have to pay extra than booking directly with them.

My mother had delayed treatment in samaritan..it's my humble request to everyone please don't bring your patient to this kind of nursing home as they can bill 1lakh for a day. They have also some broker(mr.Kalam) who can call you to come here. Mr Kalam used to tell himself as Dr kalam. And Sumana madam of samaritan confirm it. I also request to honourable health ministry & kolkata corporation please check how they can get permission for ICCU in this too little spaces where there is no lift for an emergency patient. No space for stracher. Now my mother is no more but l want that no one should loose their loved ones in this horrible ways. If u check in ICCU there is pathetic place where patients are admitted.they know only money. They have only RMO. Doctor on call only. If u can money go for other nursing home.

Most thirdclass nursing home, they want only money, in a small area they put in 5 patients. Behaviour also bery bad, they are carring only business, my opnion never come this nursing home, doctor are not available, only by call. They are charge like appolo.

One of the underrated hospital in Kolkata. Having been admitted for curing my broken leg, first of all, I admired with their hospital environment. I like and praise their love and care as we are with our close family persons. The hospital is having highly sophisticated, advanced, latest equipment, monitors, MRI, Digital Imaging, Colour Doplers, Well illuminated Operation Theatre, Private Patient Cabin with fully automated bed. Food is being prepared and mixed with sincere care and love for which every time one senior nutritionist ask our selection of menu which is highly appreciated. Duty doctors, nurses, house keeping people, ward boys each and everyone dedicatedly discharging their duties with passion and responsibility. More than 5* rating service. I visited twice there for health check-up. Everyone was polite and helpful. Dr. was not writing unnecessary medicine. They behave very well. Hospital cleaning was very good. Since I found it very good during my first visit so, I visited again there even I was staying too far from the hospital

Underwent a surgery here last week. Was pretty much satisfied with all their services. Lots of experienced doctors, plus the nurses and other staff also do their job diligently. The food served to patients was also good. They take a lot of care about cleanliness

Definitely 5 star from my side – my experience and observation from 9 AM to 3 PM is the hospital is filled with courteous staff, they are much organised and excellent co-ordination between the staffs had helped me get through the various tests and doc visits without any hurdle or chasing them. Staffs of each department have been very hospitable. All the facilities were very neatly maintained. Doctors explained my health status and were kind enough to answer my queries. Overall a very good experience and would recommend others in my circle to consider SAMARITAN fir any health checkup

I think all these reviews are fake and bogus. If not all most of them are. The nursing home has hired sub standard staff nurses and admin staff. I think the owner is concerned about the best of service to be provided but can he make the donkeys fly. I guess NO!! Pros are: 1. Location 2. Tie up with good doctors 3. OT. Cons: 1. Sub standard staff. And rude ofcourse. 2. Heavy space crunch. Cleaning material, broom, medical waste or medical equipment lying on the floor. 3. They charged me 1.98 lakhs for 36 hours stay for just a vocal cord polyp surgery. 4. Even after medicalim being approved by Niva bupa , they made me wait for 3 hours, stating that the mail hasn't come from them. And that their medcalim deppt is untrained. I would just want to inform everyone that all the 5 star rating of this money sucking hospital is fake. Everything about this hospital is so bad down to staffs and front desk people. They do not care about the patient all they care aboutis the big fat money that they're going to loot from the patient party. There are so many hospitals in kolkata I would rather recommend people to get their treatment from instead of this money sucking machine.
